How do you plan on benefiting our server? 

I will give as much time as I can to help the server and staff team. There are some small problems that I have seen throughout my time on this server that I would like to help fix. Some of the first things I will do is make sure that all sits I come across are taken and dealt with accordingly. I have had times when I am on when there are little to no staff on. I would like to help with the problems that players are having at those times. I would like to also help out with tryouts. I've noticed that a lot of tryouts now can take almost a whole peacetime to finish due to the fact that a lot of the sim locations are spread far apart. I would like to try and offer tp's to factions that are hosting tryouts to help speed up the process. It gets difficult having to drive back to each sim as people die. 

I strive to be a good example to the enlisted. I have never had a warn or ban, and I haven't ever really lost my cool over the game. I try to stay level-headed in intense and difficult situations, this then helps me make rationale and reasonable decisions. An idea that we have been trying on the Taliban side is, I have had my officers and my self start dealing with the minges. We have been getting these players to join TS and the discord which kind of changes there behavior. They start making friends and wanting to stick around on the server longer and wanting to minge less. As a staff member I would like to push this idea even more throughout the server. Some minges can't be helped, but there are quite a bit that can be. These are just a few things on how I would benefit the server.

How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: I usually have about 3-5 hours during the weekdays. And weekends can stretch up to 10 hours if needed. My work schedule is a little weird.

Confirming my referral. This man is a absolute legend, well respected within the community, does a lot for Tali, hes very mature as well, pretty active. With that said I think Derp would make a great staff member. Good Luck m8.
