Executive Promotions

 

Bowl > Lead Admin: A huge asset in terms of coding, maturity, and partiality. Not afraid to go against the status quo and always provides relevant, thought-out commentary when necessary. Knows where to draw the line in terms of having fun and being serious.

Cheeks > Senior Mod: Fantastic sit count this month! More than fulfilled duties as a Trial Mod.

Joe > Trial Admin: Great division work and sit count. Welcome to the Admin ranks.

Mamatop > Trial Admin: Good division work and sit count. Welcome to the Admin ranks.

Phatpropane > Lead Mod: Great division work. However you need to increase your sit activity and not solely rely on div work.

Hysteria > Mod: Fulfilled duties as a Trial Mod.

Reynolds > Mod: Fulfilled duties as a Trial Mod.

Draco > Mod: Fulfilled duties as a Trial Mod.

Maxi > Mod: Fulfilled duties as a Trial Mod.

Extended Terms

Ozzy - Super Abuser: Frequently on his knees but taking forever to just get down on one

Smity - Manager: Can’t win Gun Game on Overwatch to save his life

Benkei - Lead Admin: Showing flashes of Manager material. Recently improved activity and leadership tendencies.

Huntingguy - Senior Admin: Great work within Operators & and Quests while it lasted. Also good involvement in events for the 2nd half of the month. However I feel like Senior Admin is where you belong until you start to show more interest in the grander scale.

Fonza - Admin: Fantastic work in the Operator Division. Was recognized for going above and beyond. Keep doing what you’re doing by try to find a little more wiggle room when it comes to punishments. Remember our job.

Shax - Admin: Good sit count and div work. Continue to improve your decision making and you’ll progress through the Admin ranks.

Mr.TooToot - Trial Admin: Good division work but little activity outside of that. Get a few sits or involve yourself in more server discussions, or else you risk demotion.

Drippy - Trial Admin: Great division work and sit count was solid enough. However we’d like to see more involvement in server discussions.

Shwade - Trial Admin: Activity is there but maturity is not quite what we’d expect of an Admin.

KMP - Senior Mod: Received a staff strike.

Wyatt - Mod: Not enough activity to warrant a promotion. Another month with 0 sits and you’ll be removed.

Deathwish - Mod: Not enough staff activity to warrant a promotion.

Deadbeat - T. Mod: Welcome to the team!

Arma - T. Mod: Welcome to the team!

Demotions 

ShinyAtlas > Senior Admin: Not enough activity or drive to maintain an Executive position. I understand the shifting of the Quest Div was a sucker punch but we gotta move on and keep working.

Late > Admin: The activity and drive are just not there. You certainly don’t need to no-life MRP but for someone at Senior Admin, the highest rank any non-potential executive will get, I expect more.

BubbaGump > User: Resigned

Eli > Titan: Resigned

Bukachu > User: Removed

Gamemaster Fellas

GM of the Month

Brian > Senior GM: Great activity this month. Averaged over 1 event every 2 days!

Python - Trial GM: Not enough activity to warrant a promotion.

Jake - Trial GM: Long-Term LOA to help SWRP

Tuna - GM: Not enough activity to warrant a promotion.

Dillan - Good activity as GM. Met expectations. I know you have a rough February schedule so we can freeze your streak til March.

Nelson - GM: Not enough activity to warrant a promotion.

Blackprince - Senior GM: Another month of great activity and variety in your events. Proving to be the most consistent GM we’ve had in awhile. Keep it up.

Honestly a super good month, great staff prospects and pop has been steadily solid, as well as garnet updates have been rolling in. Super excited for the future of the server, and great job everybody!
