[MRP] Kermat's Ban Appeal

What happened? (include any proof): From what I understand, Mitsuri wrote a document titled "Manager Appreciation Post" which included a current staff member's name within the post. Kermat knew this beforehand and posted it anyways, which of course warrants a permanent ban. 

Why should your ban be removed?: I am writing this appeal because I think that while yes, Kermat did something perma-worthy, he should be allowed back into the community. I am going to start by talking about my experience with Kermat, then why I believe he can be forgiven. I first met Kermat a year ago when I started to play MRP again. Fast forward a few months and Kermat is in my Delta Force. While I was leading, he climbed to the rank of officer. Kermat was easily one of the people I could trust to run the faction while I wasn't there. There isn't a lot of people I can say that about and my main point is that he's a valuable player. I offered to write this appeal for Kermat because like myself, having been community banned in the past, don't believe that it defines him as a player and member of the community. 

I hate to draw comparisons to other bans in the past because its unprofessional, but there is no denying that each case is unique to the player. When Kermat told me the details of what happened, he admitted to knowing that the player's name was inside of the post. He also mentioned that he was under the impression that he was cool with Smity and it was supposed to be a joke aimed in good fun. I can't lie, Kermat and the original author of the post are incredibly braindead for making this joke, regardless of whether or not they considered that player a friend. However, I think that is important to note that there have been over a hundred instances of this very incident happening in the past. If anyone remembers, Special had a similar incident in the past and moved on to be an SA for a Garnet server. While I know that Kermat has no capacity of higher thought or capability to become an SA, I still believe that in a time where MRP could really use a valuable player, his unban would be justified. Yes, this is an appeal that acknowledges that Kermat did in fact do something to warrant a perma ban. Yes, this appeal does not come into defense of Kermat that would absolve him of any wrongdoing. But if you know Kermat like I do, you know he has the potential to make mistakes just like any other player, but you also know that he is an extremely valuable asset to a community that could really use one.

I hope that at this point in time in MRP's history, this appeal has the potential to breathe and gather feedback before an immediate denial. There are plenty of options that could be taken in his case to allow him back into the community while also placing him under restrictions or sanctions to ensure his behavior has improved. Please provide your honest opinion, but also consider Kermat as an entire player and not just from this one incident.

I will make this aware. Yes, I enjoyed playing with kermat some days like some of you have. But the thing is, The fact he was unbanned after alting on the server on multiple occasions. I gave him a shot under certain conditions, “If you get kicked from warns/banned or any toxicity warns you will be again permanently banned. This is your final chance don't screw it up.”

Then he didn’t even do something small to get banned again. Instead He ended up Doxxing me here on the forums. So he could have just done something smaller to end up getting perm banned just on MRP, but he got all of GG Garry’s Mod Servers. 

@Proggyor @Ozzy deal with this please.

He already was before he got banned for doxxing.

You allude to special, who’s doxxing was not only less malicious, but he also waited years to be unbanned. Not months.

Kermat’s value comes from his skill and fun with his own friends and faction-mates. The latter has often come at the expense of other players, as evidence by his ban history. From a server health standpoint, he’d be a number in tab. Far from an asset I’d unban after just 2-3 months. Don’t bother appealing until the ban is at least a year old.
