Drug addiction

This one is a long shot as I have no idea how to code it but

 

Make drug use have a 1 in 10 chance to cause an addiction.  When addicted, you have to take the same drug within 3 minutes or start taking like 1 dmg per tick.

 

This makes drug dealers have more business and provides a fun dynamic between them and players. Imagine accidentally taking LSD and then realizing you now have to go buy from the drug dealer to stave off your own death.

 

Added bonus: make it incurable until death.
