Past experiences as staff: I've been apart of 10+ communities in the high rankings with leading forums, discords, team speaks, as well as entire Organizations within the server itself. Gmod's been a passion of mine since 2011 and or before. The original Gmod 10 is what sparked my interest in this game.
Why should we choose you over other applicants?: You should choose myself as I am very active with this community, always checking in on my brothers and sisters as well as the close friends I bring along and meet. Its a great feeling to know you are making a difference in peoples lives rather its a simple sit, to a major sit that involves many of us. Making change and showing leadership is key when it comes to becoming a lead member. I run a kitchen as  chef myself outside of the gaming community and it plays a good roll on Garnet with leading, teaching, and helping others grow with there gaming passions. I tend to bring many ideas to communities to help bring smiles and laughter to everyone to bring a fun and entertaining gaming experience. Garnet is a place to call home as you all should let me bring my fun and creative side to the staff side of things.
When there is not other staff members actively taking sits there's always an extra helper on hand, being in the server ready to assist as many people as possible is always a plus for this server. The other day I personally called carrot to get onto the server to ban mass rdmers. I feel as im a well managed gamer as well as a capable staff team member. Many years of gaming and getting to know players throughout the community not just Garnets has always been a blessing, im excited to offer my time and passion for this server for the next longwhile. Taking that extra lead role of wanting to assist others makes a great gaming experience and friendship

While I don't remember any interactions with Bangerz, I have seen them around and nothing here other then the recent warns scream anything bad. I'd recommend adding another paragraph to your "Why should we choose you over other applicants?". after that you may get my plus one, Goodluck!
 

EDIT EDIT: The "sober up" ban wasn't for anything bad, while I don't think its a good look personally, it wasn't intended to be bad as Danny as informed so were back to neutral!

EDIT EDIT EDIT: After seeing his behavior in game it's gonna be a -1. In the past hour or two he's been warned for failRP, NLR, and had a jail for RDM, along with other instances, I've seen with him just being rude to others, along with harassing GamingCarrot. I don't see myself changing this. but goodluck again!

Application could be improved with better paragraphs. Very good referral (if confirmed). I have not had any negative interaction with Banges before. They seem to be like a genuine good  person. I just would like to see improvement in the paragraph sections. 

Edit 1: Changed to -1 for the reason: Did not read the staff rules and therefor had lied about it. Will be a +1 if the previous expiations are met as well as reading the staff rules.

Edit 2: Will stay -1 because was advertising his staff application in /ooc. As well as had been very disrespectful to people in the server. as well as MunchieZ above me has said "In the past hour or two he's been warned for failRP, NLR, and had a jail for RDM, along with other instances"

so my Final conclusion is that he is not fit to be staff.

You barely meet the playtime requirement, which makes me feel like you got to the requirement only to immediately apply. 2 Active warns, it’s better to wait for them to expire. I think i’m only seeing one paragraph but i can’t be too sure because all the text is too bundled up together. Didn’t read staff rules either. Good Luck!!

Gonna be honest, I don't really think I've ever seen you in-game. Judging by your 80 hours supposedly, anyway. I'm not very dogged about your paragraphs but I will say that there is a sign you did not read the staff rules, and I would advise you to re-read them very closely. And finally applying with active warns is not starting off on a good foot. These are things you can ultimately fix fairly easily, but I will say for now just because I personally have never interacted with you to the best of my knowledge, I'm gonna have to say no for now. Maybe we can see eachother in-game and I can gain a stronger opinion of you for the future. And I would also advise you to get your name out there, meet more of our server members, and build up a good rapport with the staff team!

The big part of the -1 is not reading the rules, active warns, and your paragraphs. To fix this wait out the warns until they go away, read the rules, and having 2  paragraphs rather than 1.

also i have a thought that the person you used for ur reference, didn’t referral you,there’s many factors about that, these factors are, buster is darkrp manager I don’t think he would refer someone with active warns and is just over the playtime required, also you stated “I've been apart of 10+ communities in the high rankings with leading forums, discords, team speaks,“ with you saying that the warns don’t look good and the diss to a staff member, with that I don’t think buster would support that kind of behavior and I’m surprised you haven’t fixed it which lying on a staff app isn’t good at all (if it’s not confirmed by buster himself), it seems it was overlooked a bit, I would give it some more time I believe people can change as I have myself, I’ll agree with Danny with the suggestion to apply when your warns are gone, this can change to neutral with the correct fix’s that everyone’s suggested to you, and ur referral is confirmed

Don't hold the ban against him. The reason for the ban is exactly that, we were on the server late at night and this guy was really drunk. It was buster's decision but the ban was only for 2 hours and wasn't intended in a bad way.
