I believe I would be a great addition to the staff team because I have a strong understanding of the F4 Rules, from General all the way to Weed Cultivator. My goal is to help both the server and new players by allowing them to make mistakes and learn from them. After all, people can’t always know they’ve broken a rule until they experience it firsthand. I also value de-escalation techniques and keeping an open mind when handling any situation. Rather than immediately reporting a user for breaking a rule, I believe in first making them aware of their mistake, explaining why the rule exists, and how it works. I would also be open to answering any related or unrelated questions they might have. I understand that becoming a staff member may lead to harassment or dislike from certain players, but that wouldn’t change my aminations and overall personality of me.  My priority is to assist the community by spreading awareness of the F4 Rules Menu and being available whenever I’m online. I want to create a more welcoming environment where players understand the rules instead of feeling punished without reason. By promoting education and fairness, I hope to contribute to a better experience for everyone on the server. I also would benefit the staff member with filling in some empty space that could use some filling.

Edit: I have mixed feelings about this app, I always see you help others the best you can which is great but on the other hand you were banned just over a month ago making that a total of seven bans which makes it really hard for me to give a +1 at this stage. I just believe showing that you changed takes longer than a month.

-1 some of the referrals given are false, ban history way to lengthy, paragraphs do not have enough structure. I recommend you also read the forum rules as well & use that as a guide, its more up to date. I do not believe I have had many interactions in game with you let alone see you in game.

Haven't interacted much with you, the interactions I do remember haven't been too bad. Previous bans/punishments are not good at all. The false referrals look really bad. You need 2 paragraphs. Age and playtime are good. You have read the staff rules which is good.
