Why should your ban be removed?: My ban should be lifted because I was really angry at that moment due to specific circumstances and I have learned from my mistakes. I was really angry at that moment because some of MARSOC was being really toxic in OOC as well, and it really makes me angry when someone can be toxic to me, and I cannot just defend myself. I am not that type of person, I have to defend myself. Although I will not name any names, many people agree that some people at that time were literally trying to get people banned for toxicity. I felt like I was being witch-hunted, and as I already said, it’s in my nature not to take the crap. Still, I understand that what I did was wrong, and I learned from my mistakes. Because of the lessons learned from my mistakes, my toxicity has also declined in the time since my ban appeal, many people hop in TS with me and we usually play other games, it’s a friendly time in general. In those fun times, I am not very toxic to people who join the channel, even people who supported my ban and I learned from my ban that I should be more mature and not be the toxic person I used to be. I understand my reputation on the server is a toxic maniac, but everyone makes mistakes, and the best action to take after a mistake is to try to learn from that mistake, and I believe I have learned from that mistake. Someone may say, “well he said in his ban appeal it’s in his nature not to take crap from other people, therefore he cannot change to a less toxic person,” well that is simply not true because although it’s not in my nature for me to stand up for myself when I feel attacked, I am hoping to start avoiding encounters in general that get me in the situations to be as angry as I got when I was toxic to Jackal. I want to make my community reputation better as a whole to avoid such encounters. With this new doctrine, I believe that I will be a better community member with much less toxicity very dissimilar to before. With the lessons, I learned and due to the certain circumstances of my ban, I believe that my ban should be removed.

i've been debating this for a litle bit now. I have decided it would be best for me if i had resigned from my position as manager, and potentially from the server. These past 11 months since i had come back have brought me amazing memories and i was able to become friends with so many people that im close to now. The reason for my resignation is that i had really just lost motivation i had a huge heart at the start of all of this and hey 1 month ago i would not see myself right here doing this but here i am. I may or may not come back in the future but i really just need this time to focus on myself and enjoy myself instead of trying to force myself to love something that i just lost the heart for. I am also probably gonna be taking this time to start busting my ass for football because throughout my time here i had been distracted and overwhelmed with the amount of work i had to do waking up early for football coming here and doing everything i have to do just put hella stress on me until i had just finally had it. I just wanna say thank you to all of the people who had brought me joy in this community there are way too many people to tag but you know who you guys are <3. Thank you @Garnet for all of the opportunities you have given me and hmu to play CS again . Anyways i appreciate every single one of you D Rose out.

(include any proof): I was in the 2GA officers Teamspeak late one night, and while some previous issues had occurred, I joined the channel unbeknownst to any of the previous drama. I started joking around with the other officers, and at one point told them that "They were on my hitlist of people to kill". Later, one of the officers, Whitebolt, reported me for toxicity on the forums, and felt his life was being threatened. The morning after, I received a 6 month ban for toxicity. Why should your ban be removed?: First of all, I would like to apologize once more to Whitebolt. Although we have had our lengthy private conversations, I want to put it out there once again that I never intended to harm your life, and had no clue on what you were going through at the time. It has been a good 2 months since my ban appeal, and I have seen a lot happen in this community. My original plan was to just wait out the 6 months, as my interest in the server would probably have declined and I would be focusing on college. However, one day, while talking to some old MRP friends, they peaked my interest again and started my drive to play on the server once more. With the current state that the server is in, I really feel like I could contribute a lot in terms of keeping lower enlisted active and providing peacetime entertainment, if not at the very least to have just one more player on the server. I realize that I have had multiple chances in the community, and I have used these past experiences on the server to try and improve my behavior. A lot of the stuff I was doing a couple months back was uncalled for. It cannot be forgiven, and will leave a stain on my image for the rest of my time on Garnet. That is undeniable. That cannot be changed. And I acknowledge that. Before I was banned, I was brainstorming some ideas to keep player retention as well as improve peacetime. I was in the works of creating a lot of new operations for both SOC and base factions alike, and also wanted to include trainings and a form of roleplay into Frogmen, a faction I was about to become the Captain of. If I am unbanned, I want to continue with these ideas and start improving the server numbers. Seeing the server in its current state kind of hurts me inside, as I remember the days of 100+ players on the very map the server is rotated on now. Obviously, my main priority if unbanned is just to play the game again and interact with those I have lost communication with. But my goal, if I am accepted, is to boost the server population again by retaining new players in the server. Even though I haven't been able to access the server, I have been actively keeping up with the forums and Teamspeak, gathering peoples opinions on what direction the server should take. I have formulated ideas of my own, combining both sides of the spectrum, and do believe I have a workable compromise to help the server. I messed up as a manager. I messed up as a community member. I can go around in circles all day and promise I have changed, and tell you things that would change your opinion on me, but at the end of the day, you can't really take my word unless you have seen it. The past month, I have been hopping in Teamspeak and actively talking to enlisted, officers, and others. I hope that these interactions with me shapes your opinion on my appeal, as I tried to be as much as myself as possible. I made this appeal with good faith, as when I was in TS, I received an immense amount of support from players across the board. I want to give a big shoutout to everyone that has been keeping in touch with me and remaining friends, even through all the stuff I went through. You guys are the reason I want to return, and you guys are the reason I stayed. Coming back to the server means a big deal for me. If I am unbanned, my intention is to just make it as appealing as it once was in 2018. I hope that the positive responses I received on TS are reflected in this appeal. I understand reasons for me staying banned, and I accept those as well. It truly is up to the community if you guys want me back. All I can hope for is that the answer is yes.

Accepted I have seen an attitude change since this situation had happened. Most other people who have done similar things have just gotten 1 week NITRP bans. The ban will be revoked.

-1 The paragraphs can be summed up in “I play a lot.” You don’t go into depth on what separates you from others. You say staff need help but I disagree, and feel we are functioning well at the micro level. Not to mention you deleting your +1 from Salmon’s post after it received criticism from others looks to be you letting other people control your voice. I’m not saying be close-minded but being scared to voice your opinion isn’t something the team needs.

You tried to pull the sympathy card once and it didn't work, yet you try again. I would've liked to imagine you would have learned better from this, guess not. Quit trying to manipulate others. Were you unrightfully banned? No. The manager(s) at the time came up with a specific punishment for you because of your actions. Does not seem unrightful to me. You messed up bad, not just once either. You did the crime, now you do the time. Its not like its permanent either, in which case it could maybe be played off. -1, wait it out.

Hey man I love you to death but I have to -1 this app. You're a great friend and where overall one of the reasons I stayed around so long. But you just always had a negative rep on the community. Also as of now in my opinion the server isn't doing very well with it's lack of understanding and very strict policies. I don't think you would either A enjoy your time or B do well inside the community as a whole. I feel like you would still have a very negative shroud surrounding you. You make a ton of jokes I understand that but the community has changed and with your unpredictable drinking habits too could result in another ban. Overall I don't think the server is a safe place for you and many people will still hold unneeded grudges.

Easy +1 Over the past 2-3 weeks I've gotten to know bleach very well. Even though yes he got banned for saying some bad things I personally believe that he has changed. I talk to him almost everyday now and he is extremely nice to ANYONE who enters the same channel as him even to the people he might not necessarily like. I will be honest though the only time I do see him being toxic is when it everyone being toxic to each other so it is not like he is being toxic for no reason and it is all fun and games. He is fun to play games with and I would love to see him make a comeback onto the server! Good Luck!

-1 Haven't had much interaction with him but there was one time I did. During Delta I was WL and due to US being outnumbered I pushed for a KH only war much to the dismay of many RU. "Veles" in particular didn't take kindly to it and his reaction was poor. He decided to Basecamp hard, even coming up to US gate and killing myself and possibly others as soon as we left it. I then politely asked for him to let up a little on the basecamping and his response was something along the lines of "No, you shouldn't have done KH". I'm big on first impressions and that first impression tells me he doesn't take kindly to things going his way. That sort of behavior on the staff team wouldn't be beneficial in my opinion. In terms of the app I do think it's a good app and can attest to the activity. However my experience outweighs that in my eyes.

Due I don’t know you well, but for some reason when the whole Buddha situation went down every tile you saw me on ts you would go after me and every time you spoke you would just straight up be toxic towards me which wasn’t cool. Mind you this was 2 months ago at most. I believe in a second chance though, I’m gonna +1 because I feel through your paragraphs you’ve really changed.

I am going to +1 mainly because I know bleach personally. He is quite a dumbass constantly but he can be flat out and all serious when he needs to be. Along with with. Back when he was banned, Buddha has banned for 6 months on the same reason. Yet bleach was perma banned. I definitely feel as if bleach is ready to return to the community as a whole. Goodluck.

Much appreciated. When it comes to my edits I make attempts at showing creativity in effects wether its on the shots or on cinematics. I want to go for what can be appealing to people on either simplicity or complexity. Ill aim for removing shit that is blinding on shots and take a stab at most subtle effects!

+1 Honestly Mans is such a chill guy and so easy to get along with he always looks at the bigger perspective and is always willing to help when needed. I have also seen him do what's right countless times I think he would make a great staff and would personally help bring the server back to its CS Desert Days

EDIT: I can't think of a solution that isn't prone to being abusable by knowledgable people. Best bet would be to rework the level and prestige system to use its own UI, which will be able to show you your perks, level, current prestige, and so on. The previous method that I shared relying on still using the DarkRP entities table will work but be abused as there isn't an easy way to verify that player even spent money, they can just spam send netmessages and receive money. Would have to see more of how its setup to actually know, though.

Hello, as the current commander of 327th or ex-commander, I write this just to let people know that I'm not leaving the server, I'm just leaving my officer rank, there are some little things that were involved in this, IRL situations and health, and sucks to leave my people behind, even though I think my leadership was bad and Jarold's was better(thats how my brain works, shush) but anyways. I cannot stop saying thank you to all the people that enjoyed staying in this battalion, when Jarold was the commander, then the people that stood when he left, the new ones, everyone. Thinking of the new commander was not my decision, but i hope the person I choose gets the rank, it would make me very happy knowing that a fellow 327th dude is leading the faction(no aparh, it will not be you, i'll make sure of that). For the people from the first days of the server,( i'm not gonna @ you all because i'm afraid to forget someone ;-;) It was cool knowing you better For the people after Jarold left, thank you for staying and enjoying the events For the people when....bullshit happened, you lost interest in this when Mass demotion and removes happened, I'm sorry for what he did For the people that joined in my leadership, thank you for staying 327th CDR 4209 Hardy.
