For the time being I had removed Ozzy's rank. While the reasoning behind this all summed up have taken place prior to Ozzy's appeal/unban, I do need an explanation of why Ozzy chose to hack again as a Moderator. If the best explanation to the situation is "to test shotguns' effective distance" (literally could've used console to grab your client's position relative to the map or ANYTHING else), a permanent ban is due as well. Words can't even describe how disappointed I am in the direction and the future of MilitaryRP. There is currently nobody to the best of my knowledge who is adequate or willing to step up to a managerial role, and I personally have had enough dealing with this server for the time being. It's one issue after another.

I've actually known about this for a while now, but withheld this information out of fear of conflict of interests seeing as it's well documented that Ozzy and I haven't gotten along. Should I have made a report such as this before? Probably. But out of stability for the server I chose not to. Releasing this while both of us were Managers would look like a witch hunt for power, and at this point in time sending this information to Garnet would be equally unsuccessful since Ozzy already established with Garnet that we didn't so much get along, hence looking like a witch hunt once again. Seeing as it's public though I have known this for quite some time, however I did not have screenshots of the incident happening like OP does, just word to mouth information which included some other information. I do have screenshots of a person telling me this information but out of respect for said person I will not release them as they do not want me to, even with blurred names. (take this with a grain of salt folks) Ozzy has blackmailed two people on the server (for what I don't know, once again this is word to mouth information). Ozzy has frequently name-dropped people in OOC, notably Coyote which is where this beef started, his excuse for name dropping people being "they can just not respond". Ozzy has doxxed a select few people, this could just be a link back to the previous point of name-dropping so take it with a grain of salt. Ozzy has leaked information that I've trusted him with while we were both Managers, hence why we never worked together, he also didn't like it when I unbanned people he banned with insufficient evidence. Let's not forget how he treated players from DarkRP who were trying to help simply because he didn't like them. I was told by Garnet that we are not to use the spectate script, which I forwarded to Ozzy, which he ignored. Instead leaking it to a Discord (why? idk). Also snaked a lot of people, which I have a list of, but once again out of respect will not name. Yes I should've brought forth this information but out of fear of stability for the server withheld it. Now since it's public thought this might as well be made known. Even to Garnet, I apologize I didn't bring this to you sooner, I should've. But at the time I #1) felt it would go unheard as a "witch hunt" and #2) knew I couldn't be Manager alone considering how busy I am outside of the server. Part of this is my fault, I shouldn't have swept this under the rug.

Cheating in garnet has always been an issue, and it doesn't help when the person who is suppose to run the server, and claims that he will get rid of cheaters, is the one issuing cheats, and letting said cheaters get away with it. As soon as I came in possession of these screenshots I knew I had to bring these to the public eyes. As now it seems almost hypocritical of him to antagonize Spilq for spawning items on rust, when Ozzy was doing something much worst by spreading cheats among MRP. I hope that this is not something that is simply swept under the rug, as this is something that needs to be dealt with.

DISCLAIMER - this is just in general and not specifically targeted to a particular weapon within these categories - LMGs need more mounting points - they play well whilst mounted and they aren't playable otherwise - Shotguns remove the Slug round - Factions have a marksmen class they don't need a sniper shotty -SMGs Increase aim spread and increase damage drop off - The SMGs are meant for CQC primarily but are way to good at medium range currently -ARs Lower Aim Spread and decrease fire rates - The ARs are well balanced I believe they just require a small amount of tweaking to make them fit there purpose better- -Marksmen Rifles increase damage and decrease recoil - Marksmen rifles are very underused as they get out done by snipers, they need to be able to 1 shot head shot consistently and do around 80 dmg a body shot , the current recoil does not allow players to consistently 2 shot an opponent without a large time between shots.

Accepted I know you mean well, and you have previously made it to manager, but let your own head get to you. This time around I really hope we can work more closely together and get this community fixed up, because I'm sure that's why you're applying here today. Originally I was on Ozzy's side as a lot of this occurred pre ban wipe (2019), however, after reading what Gythem wrote, there are a few things I would like to come forward with. This is just not true. I want to give you the benefit of the doubt and say you may have forgot, but nonetheless: You knew I was cheating on GG as you were on an alt with me while explaining how to use it, and you played it somewhat regularly). I did not download cheats for a TDM server, and you knew it was mainly for Garnet. Matching the date of these photo and those when you gave me the cheat, its clear you were not "distanced" from the community like you say. I am sure you realize that times change yes? Back when I first started playing, the PDSS would say the word in their tryouts as it was a part of their last question, they didn’t get in trouble, but due to the rules changing, you can see now that the staff are less lenient than they were.

Fat +1 Dex has been with this community for several generations of players that have come and gone. He has been a great guy to hang with and genuinely cares for the server.

+1 i’m really mixed when it comes to what to really give you because while I do you think you have some good pros, I do see some cons. Your application is not that bad it looks like you put some effort into it when it comes to making sure that you have what’s required. I wouldn’t have any issue with seeing you on the staff team as I know you could do the job. I think that’s what trial mod is really for to see how well that person can do the job and see how they fit into the team. Overall I like your app , I like how you’re responding to people you understand what you did wrong and how you got mixed into the wrong group of people. Seems like you’re not a bad kid you just have a flareup maybe time to time. But yeah I’m gonna go ahead And give you a +1. I won’t really hound at you on your superior servers ban. If you’re going to go fuck around on a server, Don’t involve Garnet Just do what you wanna do without involving this community. Overall, I see some good upside in you and I definitely would like to see how you fit onto the team and how you mature as a staff member.
