I dabbled in this in the past a while ago. I know the rules. I know how this server flows and functions, which helps me know how to help people, and how to better the server. I'm not biased, I don't hold grudges and I wouldn't bring anything involving me in rp situations or interactions with other players into staffing. I love to take leadership , help people guide and teach people the ropes. I also know how to explain to people what they did wrong and why they can't do that. I'm a Team Lead at Chick-fil-a so I often train new people who are hired and that's one of the things I love about working there, so I was hoping I could take those skills and apply those here on Garnet Gaming. As I said in the first paragraph “I know the right calls to make in sits” I was a staff on another server and I staffed there for multiple months. So staffing isn't really something new to me and I would love to be added and implement my skills on garnet gaming. I know how to handle proof and implement the correct punishments when needed. It's summer. I have free time that I would like to enjoy staffing on garnet gaming. I don't know many people on the server anymore as it seems to be mostly new people, but I would like to get around, meet everyone and build relationships. A lot of staff actually have no prior experience, so you could be a interesting staff member off that alone. I think being staff and knowing the rules of other servers could bring an interesting new perspective to the staff team. You might get clowned on for adding this but I genuinely think this will help you be a better staff member, especially if you get to a high enough rank to train new staff. This sentence is you repeating what you already said but giving it context, you should've done this all in the first sentence instead of making it 2 sentences. I haven't seen you on very often but I also play within a specific timeframe every day. I might be impartial since I am on good terms with most eXg members but I genuinely believe that xuloo could make a good staff member so I'm gonna +1 this.

I believe both Taliban and Army had two additional classes already compared to special forces so that’s why the update was geared towards giving SOC more classes. love the addition of more equipment (lock pick, sticky grenades) this update will definitely draw in more players attention now that whenever they look at the F4 Menu they will see special forces have the same amount of classes as base faction. Your suggestion has been Denied This is an unnecessary change. Many good staff have come from purchasing vipmod, if someone is not fit for staff after purchasing it they will simply be removed. Purchasing staff only bypasses the application process along with the application requirements vipmods are still required to take and pass the staff training, in which if they fail that training they will be removed from staff alike people who apply. Ultimately people who have purchased staff who may have had a bad history on the server have the chance to prove without applying that they've changed and are dedicated to be staff even if that means spending $50. Like what I just said, people that wish to purchase staff after being denied isn't a bad thing as it shows that they are dedicated and want to become staff as I've said multiple times here if they abuse it they will simply be removed from staff. People that shouldn't be staff will be blacklisted which resolves the problem instead of completly removing the option to purchase vipmod. If people choose to purchase vipmod to just abuse and cause issues ultimately that is just free income that goes towards the server.

+1 Grimm is very committed to the server, he has a lot to learn but is always interested in doing more and has shown he is capable. Great guy to talk to, and mature as well.

I used another player to buy it, and I guess he charged back the purchase 5 months ago. Yet I had been on the server for months with no knowledge of it and I continued using my custom class for months until I came after a break and it was deactivated. Yet the custom classes were deactivated for many people and I just assumed that was why I didn't have it. Why should your ban be removed?: Firstly, I have been an active and loyal member of the server for a long time. I have donated around $200 to the server myself and had not had any issues with charge backs or anything like that. I was also a staff member and I was doing my job to the best of my ability. Secondly, I was not the one who charged back on the purchase, I do not understand why I was banned without being able to explain that and even when I did I was mostly ignored by Garnet. However, I did not have proof of the purchase because I recently bought a new computer around 3 months ago and the screenshots were on that hard drive. Lastly, I still want to be a part of the Garnet community. I would also have just accepted not having a custom class if I was told before hand that it was charged back. I like to think that I am an understanding guy.

-1 There have been some fantastic staff members who have bought VIP mod and done a superb job helping the server while also offering a financial contribution in support which we should be thankful for. There have also been some terrible staff who applied through the forums and have been toxic ever since. What I’m saying is the quality of a moderator isn’t directly related to how they joined the team. At the end of the day, if someone buys VIP Mod for $50 for the sake of 10 minutes of fun minging on the server, then they will simply have their rank removed and be blacklisted, while the server might get some nice upgrades with the money. I have personally had to ban someone who did exactly this until their rank could be removed. I think it also offers those who have been victims of bullying a chance to get onto the staff team. Just one group of toxic friends can tarnish their application and deny them that opportunity as we’ve seen recently, and therefore feedback on an application doesn’t necessarily prove whether someone is a good fit for the team in these kind of scenarios.

I haven't played GG in a long while for many good reasons, But I remember Duglas, When I joined the server he was merely a 2ndLT in the Army. Months went by and he made it to the rank of COL. A vast majority of his men respected him (myself included). When he was running things there was a serious lack of minge, more seriousness and everything was well organized. Sure he had his ups and downs but we all do. It's a damn video game. From what I've seen recently there's been a LOT of bashing on this guy by a lot of people, And a large majority of those people don't even know Duglas nor were around when he was playing. These people are just repeating the same gossip bullshit they hear their friends say. Ya'll are treating this like a highschool. So if you don't actually know Duglas, and you only speak off of what you heard. Sit down, be quiet and allow the grown ups to speak. I played on GG a couple of months ago for about a day. Was astonished with how horrible it had become. MRP is clearly dying, it's more of a minge fest now and quite frankly no one seems to care, My guy Duglas here cares. Spoke to him about this as well and he's very passionate about GG and he actually seems dead set on reorganizing whatever he can to get things back on track. The dude is perm banned talking about how he wants to improve the server to the best of his ability. I personally haven't heard nor seen Duglas ever make racist remarks to anyone in game. In private calls he would make some dark humor jokes but that's it. Ya'll seriously gonna tell me none of you have done that? None of you have sat on TS with ya bois while playing on GG and you saying some real fucked up shit? This dude has been apologizing for over a fuckin year. The past is the past, leave it there. Give the dude a damn chance, it's been well over a year since his ban. Dude got the damn point. What have you got to lose? He breaks some rule again it's not hard to reinstate the ban.
