-1 (Leaning towards neutral due to application changes) While, benz you do have the past officer and GM experience that experience was quite some time ago and somewhat shortlived on the GM end of things. Coming into your new term currently you haven't fully adapted to the current social environment and their players. This is extremely important for game masters. Simply understanding the players concepts of well put together events will allow you to make the most out of the tools given to you. Also "Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs]" This section has 4 sentences so you might want to beef that part up.

Description: VIP police jobs should be allowed to place props in and outside of the PD building. Regular police jobs are not allowed to place props which is fine but I believe that and VIP police jobs should be able to. Examples are SWAT Heavy, Police assault and SWAT light. Reasoning: This would benifit the sever by adding another reseoon to purcehce VIP and at the same time give the police a little more power. This would also create more RP as we could build a small outpost on the other side of the map or add onto the PD building once the mayor has hit the prop limit. Additional Information: I would love to build a police checkpoint near spawn or add onto the PD building.

This has already been stated as an invalid -1 reason if his playtime requirements are met and is fairly well known amongst others The thing that made this applicant stand out amongst others with me is that he specifically went over his paragraphs and application briefly went over it in teamspeak with me whilst discussing another applicants build he clearly has met paragraph requirements and is in a SOC faction how could T.MOD hurt. +1
