[MRP] Reserves System Effective Immediately: All past reserves will be wiped in 30 days. Players are still welcome to come off reserves within those 30 days. If you come off reserves you are subject to evaluations by the faction leader to make sure you meet today’s standards. This means you may not be an O-1 immediately and could be placed anywhere between E-1 & O-1. Moving Forward: Reserves will be granted for the following reasons: Player has a legitimate life event or factor that is preventing them from playing the game. The player wishes to take an extended break from the server. Rules: You may not join or progress in another faction while on reserves. It is a global rank lock. When you return from reserves, you will have the same rank as when you left. You may only request Reserves once per tenure in a faction. IE: If you request reserves once in Green Beret, you may not do it again unless you completely leave GB and return at a later date. Reserves last 90 days, at which point they will be removed. You may extend your Reserve time with valid reasoning. Burnout is not a valid reason. Things like deployment or PC issues are. Reserves are granted solely by the Faction Leader, who must notify executives so they can properly document the time and reason. Consistently playing (Circa 5hr/week) while on reserves will result in your status being changed from Reserve to Active. Faction Leaders May request reserves HOWEVER upon returning, they will be demoted 2 ranks. O-11 > O-9 and O-6 > O-4 respectively. When going on reserves they must immediately appoint a successor. The successor must approve the request in this case.

This here is why I will +1 this, Shax has alot to offer the staff team (especially as moderator as there is more in game to do) He understands the teams goals and ambitions, and could help further them again. Plenty of experience as staff, active player, beneficial in every possible way if we bring him back in. To those who oppose this, I want at least 2 good reasons for as to why someone cannot come back after they leave staff, even if it was recent. If you cannot provide a reason, but you still disagree, you likely just do not like Shax making your opinion on this matter "BIASED", which bias is something we do NOT do. Before you -1 just "because he just left" Tell me why exactly it is an issue, especially if you do not understand why he left in the first place. Maybe responses like this are why we lose members of staff, as you don't want to reason or debate, you want to -1 with nothing to say about why its a -1 simply to turn him down. Anonimity System In a shift to slightly more roleplay than what our server offered previously, I thought a great addition would be the omitting of players' names - preventing metagaming UNLESS a player is literally hacking on the server, which thankfully we have the technology to check if the day comes US players cannot see AFG players' names while roleplaying on the server, and vise versa. I think the main issue and than some which has already been stated is just the activity and maybe some bad blood that just needs to be cleaned up if that’s all fixed I think you have a great chance of becoming staff if you can just improve you’re activity and relationships with some others for maybe a month or so thsn your set. -1 I could be wrong, but from what I've seen, you haven't been as active on the server as a staff member or aspiring staff member should be. It is also unclear to me what your intentions are and whether or not you are serious about fulfilling the responsiblities of being a well behaved staff member as your paragraphs are a little short and seem to lack any genuine effort. I don't typically criticize written applications this much, however due to your negative past experiences, your current insufficient amount of activity, your current negative impressions among other people (-1s on this application), and the lower quality application, I'd recommend attempting to improve at least one of these four areas before I can confidently agree with you becoming a staff member again. No hard feelings : )

From An outside perspective and no offence to anyone here you did in fact call him shit and said there was absolutely no way he passed ranger tryouts in the middle of an army officers meeting not very cash money and kind of toxic. As a friend of sailors IRL yes he can be toxic sometimes but its mostly when he gets called out he answers back like every sane person does but with respect. Yes he can be an butt sometimes but he truly wants the best for the server i wont plus one or minus one as i have a bias just stating facts.

Honestly, I see the agree reactions and I’m probably going to get a lot of -rep reactions for this one. But, seriously there is literally 0 dedication in the appeal you were banned for vet mass (meaning you had full intention of breaking the rules and just didn’t give af) and I’m almost 90% sure there was more to the story than that given that only a member of the executive could’ve really issued a ban like that. Unlike others who have recently appealed they atleast made some sort of presence on a different GG platform such as ts, discord, or other servers or put more effort into their appeal rather than 3 short half assed sentences. If people like the guy then oh well but I think accepting these kind of applications without a second thought or atleast some deliberating or a sit down with the person appealing possibly sets a standard that can be dangerous when it comes to other people appealing in these situations. -1
