I don't think at any point you were accused of banning Tdizz, and I even mentioned explicitly in your messages that you let me know you're not around for the day lol. Your only involvement was letting me know that Tdizz had been warned against this form of exploitation, which was the reason I had decided to more forward with a ban (under the notion this is persistent exploitation, following a warning) but unfortunately there is no evidence of the warnings being given out, and as a result, the exploited bug had been fixed, and Tdizz will be unbanned. In the future if any staff member is to give out a verbal warning against such issues, please make sure to document it ; or simply hand the warning over as a form of a message - as opposed to voice chat Thank you very much Appeal accepted, bug is patched.

As we all know consensual killing is still considered rdm, but for someone to be punished for the sorts it must be reported, even if we wanted to make a report (Which we weren't going to make a report as he is our friend ) he was banned way to fast and without a sit. Now I do agree that the timing was indeed poor, but even then, he should have at least given an explanation to mr cubes and or ask the other 2 people that were rdm'd if they would actually like to have him given a punishment. Also I have asked an higher up (merk) and even for a mass rdm issue there needs to be a sit for it, which there wasn't cause he was banned too fast. Now i can see giving him a warn for rdm in a sit as that did happen. Next time give a chance for a report to come. If you would have waited you would have seen nothing as me and gray never had any intention to report Mr. Cubes for killing us. In conclusion, he should be unbanned as there wasn't a sit given, no reports on mr cubes for the rdm's in question, and the fact that the victim's of his rdming spoke out against the ban. The lapse in communication shown by Lala over the past week has been one of the most detrimental things I have ever seen on this server. In my four years of playing I have never seen such uproar over constant misuse of power. The unbelievable fact that Lala had an appeal accepted on her after showing extreme levels of favoritism and a core misuse of power making any claim of compensation and the vague threat of ban or demotion for a long term player and supporter of the server. All of that is bad in of itself from a manager who is supposed to be not only a role model for the server but a fair arbitrator of the rules. I am just baffled by the fact that after being asked extremely upfront questions as to whether or not Tdizz was warned before the ban occured there was such vague answers given as well as a fucking wild lapse in communication. There is a literal screenshot of cyber saying that it is allowed in so far as the goal is not to crash the server. How does it possibly then follow that Tdizz is banned. I personally was in the call when all of this occured and was urging everyone to stop with that shit, but can confirm it was not lead by tdizz and he had no significant part in that raid. What is even more baffling is the fact that you think a ban is even necessary, I can 100% guarantee that if Tdizz was actually told not to use the exploit again or he would be banned that he would never have used the exploit in the first. So we decided to have a 1v1, away from everyone so we wouldn't accidently kill anyone. We were then jailed and told that there was a certain place for people to 1v1, which we didn't know at all since it was our first day. I believe my third jail was unjustified. I was in a clone trooper bunk by myself (my designated bunk) and I was shooting my three different weapons at the wall, to see which was which. This was my second time playing, so I wasn't 100% sure which gun was which. There was no one around, and I was firing into a wall, so I wouldn't accidently damage anyone. Why should your ban be removed?: I understand being jailed the first two times, but I don't believe my third ban was justified, which led to my NITRP ban. It was my second time playing so I wasn't aware of the rules, such as doing a consented 1v1, or testing out weapons away from others. I truly enjoyed the server and I hope I can be unbanned because I feel like it was just a misunderstanding on my part, and I dont think I should of been jailed for the testing out my weapons.

The attack would begin as a probing of the Anaxes' defenses, and would progress into a full assault, with enemy armor, fighters, bombers and gunships, prompting an all out battle with tanks and fighters. After a good sized back and forth defensive battle, the CIS would fall back and reinforce their holdings in the FOB's. With a gunship and a platoon of B2s and an (EC) BX holding Olympus, the BX would have a back and forth with the CIS commander about the progress of the clone counter attack, until it's or the CIS commander's death. Another group of CIS would hold a position in atlas with a less important role serving more as a buffer between Athena and the Anaxes base, only holding one or two platoons of B1s, and receiving very little pod reinforcements and tank support. The last and most difficult hurdle in the 34th's victory would be Athena. which would have, on the outside, about a platoon or two of B2's on the ground and ground floor, and would have a squad of sniper BXs divided between the landing pad and roof. Throughout the interior of Athena you would have a balance of B1s, B2s, and BXs, with B2s and BXs becoming more prominent closer to the CIS commander. Athena would have a solid amount of tank, air, and pod support. Moving on to the CIS commander, he has a ship on the landing pad which he will use to escape if the 34th hasn't established air superiority or destroyed the ship, once he has escaped there will still be a good sized window for the 34th to take him out of the sky and eliminate him. If he is denied the option of escape he can be captured or killed, he will not fight back if he is not in the air, at which point he can be taken back to the base with little resistance, and be interrogated for information regarding his attack and his General's plans. Also once the 34th gets close to his position he will arm a bomb, located in which the room he is found, which is to be diffused by EOD within fifteen minutes, if escape has not been denied he will still arm the bomb before he takes off. Also in the room he is found there will be a terminal that can be accessed by ENGs for extra information, and the information he would have given when interrogated, just incase he was killed. The terminal, or the commander, will reveal an imminent attack on Kamino, with Rishi moon as its staging point, This information will prompt a briefing by the OD of the base attack, at which point the 34th will board the Venator to prevent the imminent attack. This on world transitions to and off world (detailed below). (Venator between the on world mentioned above and the off world detailed after this) Once the Venator has reached the orbit of RIshi Moon, they will be met by a providence that is carrying the CIS general leading the operation. The 34th's objective at this point is to destroy the providence and kill the CIS general before he can escape to the moon's surface. If the 34th can't destroy the providence within 20-30 minutes the CIS general will escape, and they will have to deal with him on the moon's surface. As far as combat on the Venator and in space goes, it would be pretty standard with regular pod reinforcements and fighters in the air. I would chose not to use bombers as they have a tendency to be aggravating and just not be fun to fight against. The providence would also be actively firing at the Venator and Engineers would be given a fair amount of RP to keep the ship in they sky. The Venator will have the ability to be critically damaged, and that would cause fires to appear around and explosions to happen inside the Venator. The CIS general would be actively taunting the 34th in open comms, and commanding the CIS forces in enemy comms. After the battle the 34th would land and begin their ground operation. (The off world) In terms of equipment the 34th would have access to jetpacks and grappling hooks, and anything they brought from the Anaxes base, they would also have fleet support and would be able to request ammo drops, replacement vehicles, ETC. Once the 34th has landed, the 41st would do recon finding small FOBs and the central compound. (I would not use the Jedi temple on the rishi moon map as it would be hard to incorporate into the story of the event). The FOBs would be a few small buildings containing some B1s and wouldn't serve any real purpose besides making the map feel more lived in and giving the troopers something to do while exploring the map. The main compound would have B1s lining the walls and spread out through most of the compound. However closer to the main compounds B2s would be mixed in to provide a more dynamic combat experience. Within the main building the B2s and B1s would almost be completely fazed out in favor of BXs. The CIS will have a solid amount of tank support but not very much air support as I want the event to be very ground and tank focused. The General and/or the commander can be here if the 34th failed to deal with them earlier. If only one of them are present the surviving EC wont do much else besides calling pod reinforcements. If both of them have been killed then there will be a tactical droid that serves the same purpose, just with a lot less personality. If both of them are present, the General will be active in enemy comms giving orders to the CIS ground force and calling pod reinforcements, and the commander will be given a jetpack and short and long range weapons to harass the ground force, without doing much damage as not to make the situation feel unfair. If the general is present he can be captured and interrogated in which he would hint at at a more sinister plot, the head of the tac droid would serve the same purpose, and if just the commander is present there will be a terminal within the main building that can be interacted with by engineers to get the same information. for the last leg of the off world the last CIS leader, whoever that may be, before they are captured/killed will order the last of the CIS forces to deploy in an effort to wipe out the 34th. The 34th will then have to hold a defensive position in the main compound. After the 34th has gotten the information available, and survived the final CIS assault they will be cleared to evac and the event will conclude. (On world) The Anaxes will receive a briefing from fleet, over the NCC holotable, Stating that a Senator on his way to an outer rim planet leading an important peace delegation was intercepted by the CIS, and that the senator will be arriving shortly along with a CIS tail. The senator will arrive shortly after the call is concluded, and not long after, a CIS assault complete with enemy tanks, air support, and infantry. There will also be regular infiltrations by BXs in an attempt to kill the senator. The security and defensive capabilities of the 34th will be tested with an unforgiving and difficult CIS assault. If they senator makes it through alive he will thank the 34th profusely leave the planet and continue with his peace delegation. (Off world) The Anaxes base gets a call from fleet tasking the 34th to respond to a distress signal on a remote planet, he then goes on to say that scans of the area from which the distress call originated seems urban, meaning that vehicles wont be able to be used, but jetpacks and grappling hooks are permitted, he then goes on to say that due to the urban nature of the are there could be a civilian presence and humanitarian aid and evacuation is top priority. Once the ground force makes it onto the surface of the planet the 41st are tasked with doing a quick recon of the area to asses the situation. The 41st does find civilians but the area seems a little too sparsely populated, and there seems to be no immediate threat. The ground force then moves into the town on high alert to try to figure out the problem and where the distress call originated from. After a couple minutes of searching they find the distress beacon. Soon after the venator over head detects a Providence coming out of hyperspace, and pods begin dropping surround the ground force, the ground force slowly fights its way back to the LZ for evac with heavy resistance along the way. Once the LZ is reached the ground force will board the LAATs and make a narrow escape back to the Anaxes base.

Hello @tdizz, as I mentioned, once the report is up we can discuss the information I was given. Being that this instance where you had "exploited" the GL ammo was directly posted in the form of a medal clip into the management group by @Chicaa21 I followed up and asked if you were banned by any staff member for exploitation - being that this was the second time you were reported in the last 4 hour period for exploitation. This was verbally confirmed by @Chicaa21 as she mentioned over Discord "Also my phone is about to die but this is the second time that he has done this". I had a little enlightenment moment and thought to myself "maybe staff haven't been enforcing our veteran players to not abuse this feature" and asked "was he made aware this is exploitation?" (referring to again, Tdizz), and got back the response "And yeah they were all made aware. Juice plague all of them. Hydra maybe not since he just now started being active" - indicating all players were made aware this is considered exploitation, later confirmed again by a screenshot of a management conversation. follow up response from me: "Just to confirm before I ban who was it that let him know i want to make sure Tdizz got a warning, because he's a "veteran" player" and got back a very vague staff chat in which there's a higher up discussion of staff going over the fact that the usage of this entity to raid is infact 'exploitation' and assumed this was the 'ok' that players were made aware in-game or through Discord. (may have been my own oversight)

I’m currently doing this on my phone so I’m sorry ahead of time if this format is horrible. This is the clip where juice had inside raided Recon along with a few others as you can see outside the base using the exploit. At the End of the clip Tdizz assist with the raid meaning he was there when the exploit was being used. I also have a screenshot of Tdizz and the rest of you in a VC together while this was going on. I cant upload so it will be sent to nutter since I’m on my phone. (( I’ll post pictures tomorrow once I am back at home)) After the video was sent to me I notified cyber and Korn and a few of the lead mods to let everyone in that group know that the exploit was still being used. Which I also have screenshots of and assumed since Korn was in the VC with y’all he told y’all not to use it as it was a exploit- which I also sent the VC screenshot to cyber to back self up on later in case it came back up.

Hydra was one of the people in the base when i used it, I invited some people inside the base to come and see. It was my first time ever doing it, never been told otherwise. So unless I can see any facts against this just feels very one sided ban. These last 2 weeks have just been a horrible experience, strongly considering just not playing anymore and resigning permanently I appreciate the help though.

Just to be clear I didn’t ban him, nor was I on today so I didn’t handle this situation against Tdizz which I even told Nutter. I was told to post what I had here on forums, so here I am. And just to clarify this is NOT allowed (the exploit) as it goes through all props and cannot be stopped as me and Merk tested it ourselves. You twisted my words a bit here, if you go back I said “if it becomes continuous you’ll either get banned or just demoted” which I quoted from cyber himself because I was asking for help on this sit because this was a new one for myself.

I would of +1 this but Roberts word has a lot of weight in my eyes, so if he is put off by your actions ima have to say Neutral.

I would not of reported him for RDM so that’s one less count of RDM. Edit: #FREEMRCUBES!
