Taliban/Army Personally I don't like the support class meta. the fact it has speed + shield + smoke + flash. Donator weapons would be the meta for the class. i dont really like that idea. adding a smoke is good. Half the server already has flashes and its pretty much a minge tool. I don't like it, it has its uses of course. Rangers I don't like the sniper on a combat medic class. Doesn't make much sense to add that. using sniper faction as a reason isn't really realistic at all. TSFU No one was talked to in regard for this suggestion. Our faction has really been pushing for changes on out classes but nothing utility based... also every faction on this list has been given a weapon except for TSFU. We have been in constant talks within the community to add a sniper. Many people are aware of this suggestion we have made. DF I really think if delta force wants to increase RP potential for infli raids. contact a GM to give you the weapon you desire for that operation. adding an Ak103 of all the weapons seems like its a reach to get another overpowered weapon to DF. -1 until this is revised and attempts to balance it are made

+1 When I first started playing the server in 2021. This system made wars on the server better. It made senior enlisted actually lead a squad of PvTs during war. Overall made wars more coordinated. I was shocked it was removed to begin with. Never saw any major issues with the system.

+1 Confirming my referral. I believe his events are good. Although they were copied from his previous application. I don't really see any major issues with that. Assuming they are your ideas, I think it's okay. I do think more effort could have been put into the question portions. Some of it is word for word from the last application. Regardless of the application issues. I think sailor has improved on the server ("toxicity" wise) I personally never saw any of the things that may have happened. I think sailor would be a good addition to the GM team.

+1 Going to break this down as best I can to make the people present in the thread understand why. Rangers has the following, Ghost: SR338 Engineer: Prox mine + LR300 Grenade Launcher Both T2 & T3 both have a weapon with Grenade Launchers as well. This brings them many advantages. Not only can they have the potential to use the GL in CQC they can also Snipe, SR338 is a heavy hitting weapon. Rangers is the only faction that has a T3 class that has a GL and a medbag. TSFU obviously has the bomber but this doesn't make our suggestion invalid. Having one weapon with such power doesn't mean anything in the case. Bomber cant heal itself after use. As a member of TSFU I think its sort of unfair. Rangers blatantly dominate in the sniper category. While I am in a T2 faction I cannot properly counter or even compete unless i spend money (This applies to all T2 & T3 SOC members on tali. I think TSFU needs this upgrade so they can compete with their counterpart. I would like to see this change so that TSFU and Rangers can be equal. Having a well equipped enemy brings many benefits. Both factions can grow from this change skill wise, and will develop many new T1 players. Many factions want to help players improve this is your chance.

Subfaction idea is mainly based on rangers 2BAT, 3BAT, 1BAT, 4BAT. Doesnt divide the faction or seperate leadership. it creates a more "This is your job in the faction" if someone plays Sniper they would fall under rangers 2BAT. TSFU would most likely create a similar system. it would create sort of an MOS for members. This would make it so we can fight our respective tier.

+1 Would be really good for the server. Also maybe consider adding money rewards for hitting level milestones. everyone 10 levels you get 10k or something like that.

+1 I have trust in these guys that this map is what we need. I heard nothing but good things about it. Returning to it would bring some old people back to visit for a bit. Also CQC is fun and this map seems to have a decent amount on it.

Alpha is the Offensive element while bravo is a Defensive element. Taliban Must defend the Helicopter Crash Site (Once they die they cannot return) Act 2: The General of the Army has ordered all of his army elements (Excluding Delta Force) to locate the Secretary of State in FOB Omega, He is most likely being protected by Delta Force Members and their Taliban Allies inside the town. I dont see any issues, but here is a few things i want to mention. I think this could use more backstory. Other than that i think this would be a good event. This is good, i dont see anything wrong with it. I would like to see how this event would play out., i like the idea of adding different kind of events. A lot of people do PVP or PVE but not many choose gameshows. I like the idea I think this event needs more information. Why do they want to nuke it exactly? Overall give more backstory. I think your events are decent. Obviously i wasn't here for your time as GM so i cant say things like you were a good GM. From what I've read it seems like you understand the concept. You had a valid reason to step down as GM. I think this section is way better than most peoples paragraphs. I'm going to have to give a +1 the only issue i had was your events need more information. Obviously this is an application so these are rough drafts of events. I cannot wait to see your events and work with you.

Hello. Nitro I'm gonna be honest with you. You need to definitely put more effort into your application. Please take a moment to read my criticisms. I think your plans to benefit the server are extremely vague, being active on discord and TS is somewhat required of you. Keep in mind the question is " How do you plan on benefiting our server?" You say you have experience on other games with being staff, please tell me exactly what you did in that time frame. I think that information would be vital to your 2 paragraphs. If could elaborate how you would handle that situation, that would be good. The most important thing in being a staff member is ensuring you can handle people like minges. I would like to see how you would approach the situation. Lastly, I think your application overall needs more effort in it. Your app seems very rushed, its important to take your time and think about every aspect of your intent on applying for staff. +1 I referred Anthony because I think he will do extremely well as a GM, he has experience as staff as well. He is an active player as well. I also like the event ideas as well. I think its important to included afghan as much as possible with events. I like this one as well. This is very good for keeping the players engaged during peacetime. It works I think more information needs to be given here. I believe this could be a very good event. Other than that i think your event ideas are pretty good. +1 I gave whu (west) my referral, i believe he is great for this position. Every time I'm on the server, he is there. He is active and has some decent event ideas. I think he can bring some great stuff to the GM team and could help us make come solid events for the players. +1 As a somewhat new player (I started in Early March 2021) i want to see this change. I watched a montage made by laroslav from 2020. I like how the weapons function (AEK has more recoil, etc). plus i think this is better for the server. I speak with people who were around during the combat system of the time. I like what i hear and they have vaild complaints about the current system.

I think i'm going to give a +1. Mao is a great WO in army, I think he would make a good mod. Only thing that made me almost give a neutral was the content / description of your warns. I did not like the back story, i dont think it was needed. Best if you left it at i got a warn for FRP (Date)

I've been reading through this thread and noticing a lot of the same stuff. Some of it is true, personally i think you need to improve your standing in the community. Thats why im going to give this a Neutral. My only suggestion 1. Try to be more active in discord / TS. I say this because its best to speak with other members of the community and learning from them, increasing your reputation overall.
