Past Experience: [Optional] I've lead 212th before the server shut down, the 212th I lead was strong and I managed to make the best attack battalion 

Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs] 

The reason why you should pick me over others is for the following reasons, I have previous experience both on SWRP and MRP leading GRU twice. I have docs set-up and I will be introducing company's into 212th: 2nd Airborne company, Ghost Company, Amour company, and Medic company. Keep in mind all these company's have suitable leaders that are all more than competent. Attack battalions are very hard to lead and I feel that I'm able to lead it with greatness. All my officers are aware of there job and there reasonability and as 212th I will hold 212th to a high standard.

There where multiple things I did wrong as 212th CDR last time that I 100% regret, I was too strict when I shouldn't be and I was strict enough I plan on changing that and keeping a consistent behavior. I know this will seem like a long run but, I A Python vow not to minge when I'm on 212th CDR. And I'll be sure to make 212th not known as idiots with jetpacks in the hallways Some side notes, in 212th my goals is to get them doing daily patrols, active officers, active enlisted, engage in RP events and events, and always try to make 212th entertaining and fun.

My activity may slow down because I am currently a admin for MRP and have a job but I will be able to manage. I have multiple things prepared for 212th some of the things to look forward to are: Many tryouts, small passiveRP events for 212th, around 12 missions that 212th troopers can accept for a small reward. I have a full roster that is ready for use and it’s based off of one of conways roster. (Also me and onehit plan on making a trailer for 212th so lookout for that) thanks for reading my application and I hope I have been able to prove that I am worthy for 212th CDR.

Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, include details. Maybe.

How would you use the role you are applying for? By using commander I can make a stable and efficient battalion, by consistent trainings for enlisted making them a better player in both fields (RP, pve). I also am talking to onehit(my 2IC) about adding a WOC, OCS. (Similar to MRP) to help filter players the qualify for officers corps. With all this planned/in the works I can guarantee 212th will be a strong battalion

How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: 2 hours a day minimum. And I plan on being CDR for awhile because I found last time being CDR I had the absolute best time.

If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Garry’s Mod? non (I don't touch grass)

+1 As the person who poached Python from MRP to literally be 212th Commander, I have complete trust in his abilities to hold this position and keep troopers occupied and true valuable fighting force.

+1. Python did great with GRU every time he lead it (I believe it was 3-4 times in the past year or so)  I believe he will do great on SWRP as well. good luck to you my friend!

I typically disagree with Python in a ton of topics, but he definitely has the experience on SWRP to back up his application. As someone who is almost always arguing with Python, I think he'd be a good leader given he's already lead prior, he has a few moments on MRP that show lack of maturity, BUT, when he's in serious positions he acts as such. We may not be in the best circumstances with each other, but I think he'd make a great leader for 212th. +1. Good luck!

Excact reason for me, this guy has had a positive impact on MRP, be it in Army or GRU. I'm confident he will be a fantastic choice

Has been an excellent leader in MRP and has shown a lot of excitement for CWRP. It's one of the only things he's been able to talk about for the past few weeks and has gotten myself and others excited for it. I wish you the best of luck on your application Python!

Please elaborate. I know you answered a bit of this in your paragraphs section, but your response to this question is quite short. Move things around within your app if you need. 

I'm inclined to accept this application tomorrow at the 72 hour mark, but this question is important and I want to set the precedent that this question would require more effort than that.
