To start off, my 96 hours on gmod have all been on dark rp. I think I know the rules well enough to start enforcing them on players and I've done a good job following them. I try to spend my time on dark rp helping new players (although I'm new also) and trying to meet staff and regular player base. I've formed great relationships with current mods and admins on dark rp and plan to keep doing that regardless if this gets denied. I've seen a lot of current mods handle sits so I have a good idea on how to act during a sit, I look at a lot of reports/appeals on the forums in the Gmod section so i know taking screenshots/videos are important. To top it off I have experience with RCON on rust which relates to chat logs and kill logs.

Being on the rust staff team gives me some experience with banning and being confident in my decision, and most importantly I try my very best to act professional although I'm not a mod on dark rp, I don't believe I've said anything too out of line, I think I have maintained a relatively positive reputation in the Gmod community I talk to almost everyone I see walking around and making hobo bases, I'm always available when people need help using prior knowledge/experience from the rust side could really help when it comes to second opinions on bans or dealing with reports and appeals. I try to be active on the forums and TeamSpeak whether its to report server issues or play gartic telephone. I want to help out this community as much as possible because I love it along with all the new people I've met creating strong and healthy relationships and i plan to keep doing so, ever since I started playing dark rp I've had a blast.

From his somewhat short time on darkrp tdizz has become a good friend of mine. He is always looking to help new players and he is always making sure everyone has a good time on drp. He has experience staffing and he would be a great fit. I might be able to squeeze in enough time to train you haha. P.S. you should've told me you were applying so you could get my referral.

+1 I have always seen tdizz to be friendly and mature in any setting I see him in, most often the forums. His app sounds great, he's got Proggy's approval to apply, and he has experience as Rust staff so I can't imagine him struggling with DRP at all.
