What happened? :

As of late the MRP community has grown tired and a little pissed in general with the direction of the server, the manager of the server is generally disconnected from the community and has moved the server in a direction that fits his vision not the vision of the main server population. The main server population is growing increasingly frustrated with changes that don't fit what they enjoy about the server. I have been getting a little annoyed with the backroom chats about the on goings and thought that someone should finally speak out rather than the constant talking behind the managers back as much as i disagree with the direction he is taking with the server i thought someone should at the very least make a point somewhere he could see it. The Staff team are not listened too with the manager suppressing there views and anytime he doesn't agree with a majority he just shoots it down telling them to "cope" and just deal with the fact its his way or no way. This is not a way to manage a server simply doing whatever you would prefer and not taking into account the views of the staff team or the community and supressing there views, there is basically no staff team or community input allowed at this point that is adverse to the managers views, its like the staff team exist to be sit bots, the players are there to do what they are told and the manager does what he likes the term manager isn't doesn't cover what this is, a better word would be dictator. As the manager says you must do and no one else is getting a say, he even goes as far as to degrade staff members with opposing views https://streamable.com/zsqmz1 and delete messages in the staff discord to make the staff members look worse.

SMITY

Smity Currently is the most senior in rank among the staff team and has views that the staff team and most of the community support. He is currently in the HR Division as a HR Supervisor and is extremely active with his division work. He also runs the GM Team. On server Smity has been a very influential person always placing PermaProps when required, he is always communicating with faction leaders and people onserver to see whats going well, what isn't and what staff could do for them. Going forward he is looking to improve communications between the executives, staff and the wants of the community to insure that the server is moving in a direction that works for the many not the few. And to Properly seek out cheaters and make sure they are dealt with accordingly.

Everything you've mentioned has already been brought up, and we as a team are already looking ahead to fix issues that you claim to exist. You should also probably ask your "solution" if he thinks the report is a good idea at all, and trust me, it's not.

+1 i can tell you first hand that most of these issues are true and have indeed been brought to theos attention before by staff members and from an outsiders perspective of what’s happening with the staff it looks like nothing is being done whether it’s come from actually staff members or former staff members who either left the team or got kicked out due to these issues, I can also say first hand that a good portion of the community is in constant disagreement with theos especially with implementations of the new rule and from what I can tell it’s just been back and forth

um I dont even understand why this exists. If you don't like what's going on ask garnet or even maybe theos  With enough people coming to them directly i'm sure you can come to a solution, not removing big man himself. 

also just because someone is a high rank in staff dosent mean they're manager material.

To be honest, this seems more like a witch-hunt than anything. You don’t like his decisions, so now you’re trying to get him out.

I think you guys have greatly misunderstood my point.

instead of making a big post about getting your manager removed, why not just talk to Proggy or Garnet? Making a publicity stunt makes you seem like it’s so bad he’s suppressing your ability to talk to anyone above him, which I’m sure isn’t the case.

Your report is something we can look into, but at the end of the day its just words and a video of theos calling a staff a retard.
For a report like this to stick there would need to be much more actual proof of incompetency.

Creating a thread about what we have here just seems provocative.
Could have just sent this report to garnet and me directly instead deliberately trying to create a divide.

I'm very confused on this thread.

First off the clip you provided has no context but theos calling you a "retard" so calling him out for doing that is nothing more than a accusation without solid evidence.

Second off, mrp has gotten a solid 6 updates in the month of March which means this "bad manager" comes through with new ideas consistently.

Last off the forums is no place for this talk to Garnet or Proggy, don't put someone on blast in a post on the forums especially a Manager report. By the looks of it you're a Head mod you should know this.
