Generally speaking I would say my work ethic is the overall factor that would signify why I am the better applicant, I've worked all my life and I've been able to translate that into video games with grinding hours. 

I've been here for coming up on 7 years on and off again, I know the rules like the backside of my head and I've seen the In's and Outs of the community. Been staff too many times to count at this point but I will say its always been beneficial to the servers health and growth.  My experience can help change outcomes or give players a better experience by giving a different POV to situations. I have the ability to step back and look at situations entirely and give people the benefit of the doubt before acting.

Staffing wise I can deliver professionalism, and help newer staff out if they have questions or can't decide an outcome/punishment for a player.

2018 : Hacking on MRP, cheated got forgiven, haven't looked back.

2019: MEMEWARE Ban- Got banned with people I was in a discord with, someone thought we were selling cheats, just a total misunderstanding.

2019: MassRDM - Ingame event, i killed the 3 judges

I mainly work, play videos games but my only real hobby is shooting guns.
