I may not play as much as most people, but I think I can be a big help when I'm on. As a GM I'm open to be used for teleports/job changes or whatever. Even how I loathe doing so. Being apart of the staff team is about being patient, sometimes lenient towards certain circumstances, but also harsh when needed. I always like to bring of the fact I banned a T.Admin for accidental mass to show non-bias. Rules are rules. But as always there is some leniency. Ex. A new player and his buddy kill each other 10 times and they didnt know it was against the rules. The proper response in my opinion is just to tell them to knock it off. 

While I may have not left the staff team on the greatest terms those couple years ago, I can say one thing. I never stopped trying to be helpful. Whether it was getting on at 4 am to ban some guy who is cheating, or participating in discussions that could change the server as we know it. And as a little bonus you wouldn't need to take 20 minutes training someone on something they just need a refresher on. While I alone might not be able to get 100+ people on at a time, it is always helpful to have a mod on when most might be AFK. And if there was something I could leave this application on it would be, I am willing to do everything it takes to keep the server afloat whether it's alone or with a team of  20+ staff members

I respect and acknowledge your past staff experience as staff however I feel that you have not been nearly active enough in-game to warrant you a staff position. Looking in the present, I haven't really seen any activity from you on the server or in the community as of late. I notice that you have just got off your reserves for 11A, and that is a good indication that you may want to turn things around. I don't doubt that you are looking to make a full swing in being active in this community again, however, I would say it is too early. You JUST came off of reserves and are a bit out of touch with the current members of the server. I'd say give it a bit before you apply to try and get to know the newer members of the server.  I would like to see you be active in game and with the community, and then applying.

I know you are mature, have good intentions, and have a just mentality, but Reynolds does make a good argument. I'm going to give you a +1 due to the fact that you are already staff and want to switch over. I usually don't give people the benefit of the doubt, so please don't prove me wrong!

He has been one of the most active GMs and plays pretty frequently (leading RP faction lul), just because he just came off of reserves doesn't mean he is out of touch, pretty weak argument. +1 - more than enough experience and although he isn't on 24/7, certainly active enough.

Good intentions for the server. He was an admin when I was an admin not too long ago so he knows his stuff.

It's also a rank transfer, so it's not like he's coming out of the blue with this, he HAS been around.

Reynolds does bring up some good points in this thread, the activity you have given while being a gamemaster hasn't been ecstatic! You say how you can contribute 25-40 hours a week to the server (as listed below), yet I don't really see you on the server that much (even before your 3 day break).

While you are on the gamemaster team, I look in the server-event logs in the main discord, and the last event you were apart of was 3/17, and that wasn't even your hosted event. The last actual event that you have hosted and logged was back in 11/06 of 2022... How can we expect you to make great accomplishments with the staff team if you can't accomplish much within the gamemaster team?

I just think it isn't the best option for you to transfer over from the gamemaster team, your activity just hasn't been enough -1. No hard feelings, wish you the best of luck.

-1 I could be wrong, but from what I've seen, you haven't been as active on the server as a staff member or aspiring staff member should be. It is also unclear to me what your intentions are and whether or not you are serious about fulfilling the responsiblities of being a well behaved staff member as your paragraphs are a little short and seem to lack any genuine effort. I don't typically criticize written applications this much, however due to your negative past experiences, your current insufficient amount of activity, your current negative impressions among other people (-1s on this application), and the lower quality application, I'd recommend attempting to improve at least one of these four areas before I can confidently agree with you becoming a staff member again. No hard feelings  : )

I think the main issue and than some which has already been stated is just the activity and maybe some bad blood that just needs to be cleaned up if that’s all fixed I think you have a great chance of becoming staff if you can just improve you’re activity and relationships with some others for maybe a month or so thsn your set.
