How do you plan on benefiting our server? [minimum 2 paragraphs]

I plan on using the experience and proficiency I achieved over my time within Garnet Gaming. I have stepped foot in all three of the Garnet Gaming roleplay servers, in which I have acquired unique perspectives and knowledge to further facilitate my ability to be a staff member. My passion for staffing is what sets me apart from others as I use it to strengthen my staffing capabilities and actions. I am very familiar with the rules, responsibilities, and how the staff team operates within the community which has led to me being fully confident in taking initiative on all matters. As an altruistic person, I always think of others before myself. I believe this is important as you can set your priorities on the community and develop an understanding of all perspectives to efficiently engage and implement elements that will benefit the community entirely. I see myself as very extroverted on the server as I go out of my way to assist players by either initiating roleplay or teaching something new. I especially enjoy interacting with new players that join the server to engage, train, and set a positive example for our server - I did this exact method on SWRP and it worked flawlessly. I have engaged hundreds of new players and set a perfect example for them to want to come back yearning more about the server. 

I am a great leader as I stand out within any group providing initiation and communication. I demonstrated this precisely during my period as a Super Admin on Garnet Gaming StarWarsRP. I developed and led an entire staff team and gamemaster team teaching how to engage players, initiate roleplay, and enforce all regulations to keep the community safe. Also, implemented countless additions to server development which ultimately benefited the server. I wish to use these skills to implement new ideas and additions that will improve the community exponentially. As a community member, I aim to be a role model for others and to create a precedent for others to follow. Through this precedent, I want to create an environment for all players to feel comfortable taking initiative whether it be expressing and discussing ideas or standing out from others to prove potential. As a result, I am confident to say this will benefit the server and I hope the community can give me a chance to prove this. Thank you for taking the time to read my staff application.

+1 - This may be shocking to see, BUT - despite everything, I do think special always has good intentions and can be a huge asset to any team. Though we may disagree/butt heads every so often, in terms of a staff member, there are few more competent, dedicated, and motivated than special. Good Luck.
