I would be helping the server, helping players within the server, and being overall helpful to the staff team. For helping the server I will do my best in sits to resolve issues that a player is having and I have no problem of dropping whatever I have to help someone else. With the person that caused the issue I will give them the appropriate punishment and tell them future punishments they will receive if they keep it up. Lastly I will let the person know how to improve and tell them the reasonable response to the certain scenario that broke the rules. The player base is important to me because I met so many wonderful people and friends within the community over the last 5 years and they all deserve the best of their experience playing on the server. Helping with it I will answer any questions someone might have of the server a example is letting them understand rules they fully do not understand or explaining what can happen in war, raids, kidnaps and things like that which will improve people's knowledge of the server and they can play it to the full potential without breaking any rules or feeling that something they do is wrong.
I'm a team player, I'm always talking to my lower enlisted in DF for there input relevant for the faction. I think its important to take input from those around you even if they arnt staff or officers as they provide a different prospective and insight. I'm always willing to admit if I make a mistake and fix it. We are all human and we all do make mistakes. But what I think its sad to see is that most people wont admit they made a mistake or take steps to fix them. I'm also not a yes man. I'm willing to call people on there bullshit and to stand up for what I believe is right even if people around disagree, but i think it should be noted that its important to find middle ground when you do disagree. I think dialogue is important.

+1 I have never had a bad interaction with jason. Hes active in Df and gets on at least once a day. Dudes paragraphs are good and has GM experience great guy would love to have him on the staff team.

Kidding. Ever since Jason reactivated his reserves in DF, he's been as active as he can be. He's known across the server as a mature and impartial member of the community. I was going to recommend to him to become staff, but it seems that he's been persuaded already! Great referrals from admired and high-ranking members of the community (except Towelie ). Paragraphs are spot on and I admire the honesty and transparency. Jason has been a positive re-addition to DF and I imagine he would be a great re-addition to the staff team as well. The RDM warn is a big whatever to me, especially if it's only one. 

 

The only criticism I have is that I would like to see more guidance to the new players of the server - especially if you're war lead... \

Best quality is that he is a competent individual who has the backing of veteran experience to understand and provide good insight in discussions. When he came off his reserves for DF, I knew that he was officially back as he wasted no time to get to work and had a large hand in reviving DF. Other people may have his opinions on his actions outside of the game, but I mainly care about how he presents himself to people in-game and to the community. And in-game, he is a mature and helpful guy who knows what needs to be done.
