Put in a permanent seating lounge next to the arcade (or in spawn) in honor of Proggy

Description: For ages now, proggy has put down his dupe of his 8 sofas in a circle downtown when he's one so players can sit and chat. 
Sitting isn't stock on the server, unless proggy would put down the dupe. I feel that considering what proggy has put into the community, it not only would be a
good way to honor him but also gives players the ability to comfortably sit after standing for so long.

Reasoning: Proggy #1 math rock since american football and Hella.

+1 This is a great idea, I remember exactly what couches you're talking about and they were some comfortable couches. It felt good to take a seat every now and then and chit chat whenever I felt like it.

That's why I'd be okay with spawn too. We do have rules for entering spawn to avoid rp situations, that could also apply to a lounge.
