Why should we choose you over other applicants?: 

I started playing on this server 1 1/2 to 2 years ago, occasionally hoping on the server to mess around with my friends and escape the real world. But as I've been on the server, I've started to create bonds with people on the server, messing around with gangs like the crips and bloods, and starting to raid people with friends.  I even joined up with the Gambino Crime Family a few days ago and I can say, it's super fun messing around with them. I would like my bond to grow with my friends and maybe even meet new people.  But as I've been playing, I've seen a rise in the count of players, going from 80 people on max to 128. I would think that it would be very stressful to have 1 or 2 admins minimum with 128 players on. So, I decided that I would love to be a helping hand and help them by joining the staff team. I also thought that I would like to help the server be more fun and a much more enjoyable time for people like myself to escape reality and have fun, while making it safer.

I also think that ruining a safe and enjoyable server is not right, its just sad how people join and start mrdming, prop blocking spawn, and being a minge as I've seen it happen many times. I want to stop this and make people have a positive experience in this server as I've had. I would like to join the staff team to help put a stop to this and help in any way I can, while meeting new people that I haven't met before. Also, this past month, I have been very active on this server and I would like to make it more time with helping out the staff team. This server has been very dear to me and I cannot explain how it has helped me, which is crazy because 1 1/2 years ago, I would have never thought I would be saying that. I want to make this server more popular and filled with positive and happy players. I'm willing to learn and grow as a leader and person by joining the staff team. Thank you for reading!

I like your paragraphs, they seem genuine and you seem to have good intentions. Those who referred you speak highly of you. You also show promise being that you took advice to heart and made necessary changes to your Staff Application as others suggested and it has tremendously helped. The only caveat I have with this application is the current playtime vs. the time you claim to attribute once you become staff, what I mean is that you say you can contribute 50-60 hours a week but yet you've played for years and only have 76 hours currently. No one needs to contribute quite that much time per week as that's a bit overkill but I can't believe those claims with your current playtime (you would have hundreds of hours if that was the case). I haven't interacted with you much in-game, so I am unsure on how you behave though I have heard good things. I had no staff experience either but like someone else said we all start somewhere so I don't really see that being an issue. Though you have active verbals, as long as you stay clean from rule breaking, I believe you could be a good staff member
