Promoted Rest in Peace Randal > Admin: Shown the ability to provide fun and entertainment to the server and knowing when to flip the switch and handle situations as needed. Hysteria > Trial Admin: Barely squeaked by the quota with sits + Staff Trainings but handles himself in staff situations very well. Eli > Child Admin: Good sit count for his rank plus a Staff Training. Handles himself well in staff situations and is active in encouraging and engaging in RP. Fonza > Trial Admin: Honestly just read above ^ lol. Virtually identical numbers and reasons as Eli. Reeper > Head Mod: Great sit count and activity. Carries himself well. Angry > Head Mod: Good sit count and activity, even with an LOA to focus on college work. Acer > Head Mod: Good sit count and activity as staff while helping and engaging with 2 separate factions. Whu > Head Mod: Phenomenal sit count and gave Theos a run for his money. (You had 71). Great role model for the server as well. Early > Mod: Great sit count and fulfilled duties as a Trial Mod. Kurtle > Mod: Good sit count and fulfilled duties as a Trial Mod. Mav > Mod: Great sit count and fulfilled duties as a Trial Mod. Extended Terms Millerjerm > Admin: Moderate activity and fulfills duties as HR Supervisor. Right where he should be Salmon > Admin: Great activity and good role model. Looking for him to continue this positive behavior. Valor > Trial Admin: Obviously had that hiccup mid-month. Need to see more even-keeled behavior. Maddox > Trial Admin: Slightly below average activity and no HR work. That’s in part to scheduling complications and an LOA. He was willing but the stars never aligned. Rust > Trial Admin: Welcome back from Burger King WOCS. Now get active again. Python > Trial Admin: Still needs to show he knows when to fuck around and when to put his staff/role model pants on. Ominous > Trial Admin: Average sits for his rank plus a Staff Training. Right now TA seems like a good fit until there’s a little more activity. Party > Trial Admin: Good sit count for his rank and 3 reports/appeals handled. Needs to figure out the nuances of staff before he can progress. Hit me up for more detail. Weeb > Trial Admin: Low sit count, even for his rank and 2 reports/appeals handled. Lower activity than we’d want from him and let’s try to utilize the GM perms that you were excited about. Camo > Head Mod: Very low sit count but did get 1 Staff Training in a month where he was practically on LOA for a new job and family matters. Tuna > Head Mod: Been handled. Richard > Trial Mod: Great sit count but was involved in something that very well could’ve been a staff strike. Staying put for this month. Jordan > Trial Mod: Very low activity and you were practically staff all month (Accepted Apr 4th). Need to pick it up. Matheson > Trial Mod: Expect to be contacted via Discord by Jake and myself. Demoted Huskaii > Titan/Elite/Vip/User: Rank TBD. Was on an indefinite LOA for family but it's felt that now is time to part ways.
