Spawn new players as Tali Recruit

Right now Tali is struggling for numbers. Most wars staff have to swap for balance. So as the titles states bring back when New players spawned as Tali Recruit. In the past this has helped RU and Tali numbers. When I first join in 2016 I joined Tali because I spawned in as a Tali recruit.  This change wouldnt stop players from joining us as they could still press f4 and swap to US Recruit and be trained for the US.

I think right now the fact that people have a choice, everyone goes to US because it's a typical choice but it's also killing the server. Tali has nearly no movement because of the lack of members.

So, this is exactly what happened to the old taliban when numbers were dwindling kinda sad to see it happening this time around v disappointing but it worked a lil bit nonetheless,

Definitely should help their numbers indeed. This way US mains can just stay on US and not hop over to Taliban every war almost.

This would make a great temporary fix to the low population on tali. And would hopefully stop US players having to swap over every war.

As a basic grunt, wars aren't fun when you don't see anybody. If this will give Tali the player boost they need, then I'm all for it.

+1 tali pop could definitely benefit from this and give them the numbers they need. New recruits will always have the option to swap to US  if they want.
