To be blunt, what separates me apart from other applicants is mindset. Going into a staff/moderation position, I would like to use it as a tool for teaching others, rather than simply taking sits and punishing. Player Bases like MRP’s require staff members to be understanding, respectful and progressive, inspiring other players and creating connections that entices new players to join, and old players to stay. Currently, I work as a barista at Starbucks, and we pride ourselves on the ability to connect with others, and establish a sense of familiarity and order. These qualities are absolutely necessary for anyone who wishes to succeed as a staff member on GG MRP. 

I have been playing GG MRP for 4 years, I’ve had experience with genuinely every type of player, and have learnt to understand, empathize and relate to all of the personalities on the server to ensure cooperation and understanding with others. Since being unbanned, I’ve kept my promise. I said that I wanted to try my absolute best at giving back to the community however I could, and I believe that I could do this further by having a moderator position. But perhaps my greatest asset is my ability and wish to learn and improve. For the past years since I was gone from MRP, I had been sort of on a mental quest to genuinely improve myself, the way I act, and how I’m treating others. As time goes on, I’m continuing to become a better and greater person, and that will reflect in my actions as staff, a player, and a leader. Since being unbanned, I’ve continued to demonstrate that I am capable of helping others, I am capable of teaching others, and that I am capable of being a leader.

From the bottom to the top. Krim is one of the most genuine fellas, and really cares about the server. He wants to see it do better, and even while banned he was more active in the community than most (even some staff). Even though he was banned when I played, through his actions on forums, discord, you name it, I was able to see what type of person Krim is. If I can see it, I’m sure everyone else can. I haven't known Krimzin for the longest compared to others but, I've always been in TS, Discord, and in game with him and from top to bottom, he's one of the most likeable genuine person I've met on who's an active member on MRP. 

During his unban he's showed that he was willing and wanted to come back and wants to see it thrive which he showed activity on forums, disc, etc. He's more than capable of handling this position and will 100% be a great staff member once this is accepted.
