All leaders have been invited to provide input on the suggestion, and were all notified of the idea in advance. Currently all special forces factions have access to 4 classes (not including Tier classes). We're suggesting adding two additional classes to each faction. Each class has been specially curated by leaders with the idea that the classes should center themselves around the faction’s roleplay and combat specializations. In order to provide further alternatives to donators for players who decide to join SOC regiments, roles which would still fulfill the original idea of the factions have been created. This would also give players more choices for weapons and utility without having the need to spend the money and donate for additional weapons. Not only would the addition of the two classes allow for alternative weapon choices to players without donator weapons, but it would also allow for increased roleplay capabilities. I would love to replace that m1 garand for the sv98 so that 055 can maybe give newer players a chance to have a sniper without having to get sharpshooter. 1 Link to comment

It'll give players who dedicate their time on the server more specfic reasons to join a soc, ie badri/df for more covert/intell ops, GB for more CQC battles and emergency response etc.. RP will actually make sense with kits that match their soc faction. More variety for current soc factions whether it be tryout locked or free for all ( up to current faction leaders ) and correct me if im wrong but entry just go extra classes in added recently as well, so why not soc lmao Edited March 27, 2022 by Tora1 1 1 Link to comment

Reeper 310 Posted March 27, 2022 Share Posted March 27, 2022 +1 I mean I gave input and suggested some of 313's possible kits, so of course I'm gonna +1. Anyways, like Smity also said, this was very well thought out to the point where they asked all faction leaders to come up with ideas for their faction rather than just making a random weapon suggestion hoping people will like it. Going through all the classes, each equivalent faction has a similar firearm and equipment to balance classes for each side. Overall this will make the roles of each faction stand out more and give players within each faction more choices in weaponry and equipment to utilize. Hope this suggestion gains traction and makes a difference. Link to comment
