How do you plan on benefiting our server?

I've been starting to come back lately and I’m looking forward to being a helping hand to the community. I wasn't so active back then but I am ramping up my activity on the server, being more dedicated to solving problems players may have. I’ve played more than 1,000 hours and played since 2017 and helped players how the server works and directed them in the right direction to allow them enjoy playing. I’m self-disciplined and show self-restraint when it comes to anyone who decides to troll and minge. If it does come to a situation, I’ll give up an entirety of war handling sits to relieve stress and assist on other staff members online. I’m more dedicated to helping people which is a reason why I’m joining the United States Marine Corps somewhere I project somewhere in 2023.

I will benefit by assisting in any investigation on players as I did previously with a report on a cheater, finding any sources and evidence of any suspected cheaters to keep the server clean of anyone cheating so the server can be enjoyable to the community. I will assist in de-escalating any altercation between players, I’ll get their side of their stories and work things out for both players in order for them to enjoy playing the server. I’ll hand out any punishments if necessary coming to reports and on going in-game situations. I'm a quick learner and will use my skills when I was a Captain for the US Army in 2018 to give that helping hand so that order can be kept in the server. I understand when I am in the wrong and I will learn from those mistakes to improve on myself. I'm not biased towards anyone, I will call out the mistakes they've done and deliver punishments if necessary.

I have known this man since the day he stepped foot on the server, not really once have I seen him minge around or really get into any trouble. As of recently, his activity is really good, possibly more than what his application says. Very good paragraphs and presentation (btw referrals don't mean shit and shouldn't be a -1 reason, just extra points if you have one). A very respectable applicant to the staff team.
