Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs]

My Garnet Gaming experience was started back in February, 2022. From then I have seen a lot about the server and have shown dedication since day 1. The  time I have dedicated has been towards the Taliban. I've always been looking to help enlisted and upcoming officers along the way. Along that journey I have heard many opinions (not all were so good), met many people, and overall have met a lot of different mindsets. I want to use the amount of wisdom I've gotten from the server, and dedicate that wisdom towards something bigger.

Activity wise, I feel as if I was on the greater scale of things. I am usually on the server for 4 to 6 hours, sometimes even 12 to 13 hours. This wasn't so easy but the love for the server and the community has simplified the process. Just for the community alone, I am looking to help strengthen it and I want lower enlisted to have the fun I had when I was their rank. Because, at the end of the day, everyone is here just to have fun. I want to be one of the people to help feed that requirement.

Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, Include details: I have never had any type of punishment on this server other than my 1 warning.
How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: A lot of time, school just got out so all I am doing at the moment is my sport and working. I work evenings and my practices are usually early in the morning or later in the day. It is about a 2-3 hour span, depends on the training, but usually I have the rest of the day to myself.

In your own words, what  are the responsibilities of a Gamemaster?:The Gamemaster team is a dedicated group of individuals that look to help players stay engaged with the server by doing events, fun limited time game modes, and competitions. They look to fulfill the needs of every player possible and are always looking to perfect their craft.

Describe how you would contribute to RP as a part of the Gamemaster team: As a starting GM, I would watch events as they go. I would overseer and help out with events taking notes as I go. My notes would be filled with what goes right, what goes wrong, what can be done better, and what players look forward to. As I develop more, I will use the notes to my advantage and form events around said notes. I am an active officer on Taliban and I talk to a lot of lower enlisted and listen to what they have to say and their thoughts on the events that they participate in. I will report to GM on ideas lower enlisted have and see what can go and what can't. I will also go to US side time to time and see what they will want for events.

The events I will hold when I am more experienced will be more on the realistic side. At the end of the day, I am looking to host realistic events for the server that will make Garnet Gaming more enjoyable.

Please list and explain 5 unique event ideas designed for only your side to take part in: [Be sure to include any additional context that may be necessary to your explanation]

Qari Ahmadulla (Minister of Security (Intelligence)) has come to base to deliver important news to Taliban Officers. There is a meeting that is held reporting to all active Taliban Officers in HQ. There is an infamous hacker located in the village that has been hacking into Taliban files and installing malware to make the files unreadable/corrupt. The Taliban Officers will take this information and make a plan for the Taliban Army to attack said hacker. While this plan is being created, the Taliban Officers will send a patrol leader with a group of 4 to figure out information and report back to base. This is where they will meet a civilian named Qabalah, the patrol leader would roll time to time for different portions of information. The patrol leader would then go back to base, report to Officers on information they received, and then call Debrief. From here they would alter the plan and explain everything to the Taliban Army. The Taliban Army will then go door to door, civilian to civilian trying to find the infamous hacker's hideout (the hideout will be planted in one of the houses). They will find said hideout with the hacker in the same location, take him in for questioning, and figure out who he working with and what his goal is. At the end of the interrogation, they should figure out that there are more hackers out there, this forming a campaign, and a resistance is forming in the Village. The hacker then will be put in prison and Taliban soldiers will be sent to destroy the computer.

Taliban Officers have had reports of the US trying to create disease warfare. US have been experimenting and looking to create the deadliest and most spreadable disease known to man. They have found themselves successful and have sent a cargo filled with goats to spread the disease. These goats have been contaminated with this disease known as MYR4. Taliban takes this gift with no hesitation and a Taliban soldier soon starts feeling sick. He is showing symptoms of migraine, feeling of weakness, and vomiting. The person is put into quarantine instantly and Taliban Officers alert Abbas Akhund (Minister of Health). Abbas comes into base with a medical team, Abbas rolls to see if he can give the diagnostic or not. If he rolls over 70, he can diagnose the Taliban Soldier and alert Taliban Officers. If he rolls under 70, he has no idea of what the disease is and what it contains. After all this happens, someone of the medical team will go around, ask Taliban Soldiers how they have been feeling, little to this member's knowledge he has MYR4 and is spreading it on the base. All the Taliban Soldiers that he has met with now have MYR4 and have to change their job to "Contaminated" and this means more cases have came through, Taliban Officers alongside Soldiers, need to figure out all the contaminated Soldiers and escort them safely to HQ offices. They will roll for every contaminated soldier to figure out if they are contaminated or not (These soldiers are chosen due to fact of interacting with the medical member). The Soldiers will have to roll a 33 or above to be able to figure out the soldiers are contaminated and escort them to a HQ office. If done correctly, all of Taliban is safe from contamination and nobody is killed. if not done correctly, the disease worsens as it spreads more and more and this ruining all functions in the Taliban Army.

The US has contacted the CIA and has requested a spy to the US base. CIA sends the spy "Night Sheep" to take on the job the US has. US wants the spy to invade Taliban base, pose as a Taliban soldiers and collect intel. Night Sheep goes into the Taliban base, but there was some intel leaked that lead to the Taliban knowing there is a spy among them. The spy's safety is now in danger and the Taliban is on a search to find the spy and arrest him. The Taliban can go around and ask Soldiers basic Taliban questions that a spy wouldn't know. While this is all going down, the US is working on a secret team that is going to also invade the Taliban base and try to help the spy get out. If the US are caught, they will wound up POWs and the info of the CIA spy will be leaked and a campaign will start that result in the Taliban sending more spies over.

Qari Ahmadulla, the minister from before, has been showing up to Taliban base and asking for favors. However, Qarl was allegedly killed in December of 2001 in a bombing raid committed by the US Army. The US Army has gained intel reports of Qarl being present in the area. They have obtained a date and time on the next visit that is going to be made by Qarl. The US's objective is to ambush the escort that is guiding Qarl to Taliban base, take out the guards protecting Qarl, and kidnapping without a trace. The US will then go into interrogation with Qarl and get a lot of intel. After the US is done, Qarl will be identified as captured and the scenario will be over. If they fail to obtain Qarl by either dying to the security team, or missing the chance to ambush, they will fail the mission and no intel will be given. If US leaves too much of a trace, the US will have a Taliban army on their tail, and another altercation will take place.

There has been a Taliban escapee that has escaped the prisons of US base. The Taliban prisoner is fleeing to the Village to seek shelter before Taliban troops can come and rescue him. Since the Taliban have to plan out the way to escort the escapee out of Village without raising an eyebrow, they have posted snipers on hills and outposts just in case the US Army tries to invade Village. While the US needs to get this escapee back because of the information the trainee can provide, the US must take as little casualties as possible. So the US sets up a very specialized squad to breach and clear houses within Village looking for the house that the escapee is taking refuge in. As the Taliban Army plans more and more, the US Army has less and less time to work with. When the Taliban are done planning, they will provide a squad that will escort the escapee back to base. If the US Army captures the escapee before the Taliban is done planning, they successfully complete the mission before the altercation can occur. If the Taliban Army and US Army have an altercation, a big battle will go down and only one will reign victorious. If the US army's soldier die off before they can reach the prisoner, the US will be forced to send out another squad and see if they succeed or not. If no squads succeed in capturing the escapee, the US loses the possible info that they can get.

Please list and explain 3 unique global event idea designed for the entire server to take part in: [Be sure to include any additional context that may be necessary to your explanation]

The US has been importing weaponry into Afghanistan. These weapons are extremely strong and can effect the outcome of the everlasting war between Taliban and United States. The main port has been founded to be shipment. The Taliban has been tracking most, if not all the shipments that have came through to deliver weaponry. The Taliban are planning an ambush attack when the next delivery of weaponry comes in. This delivery is scheduled to come in extremely soon and Taliban is preparing, the US have no clue what is about to happen. (After the cargo has been spotted) The Taliban are preparing to ambush and take the delivery and use it for themselves. However, US sends a security unit that usually watches over the cargo and makes sure everything goes smoothly. The Taliban will transport all of their soldiers to Shipment, have them set up all around the port, and strike when told to. The security team is wiped out, but one member has survived and is hidden from the Taliban. This member radios to the US HQ that there has been an ambush and support is needed quickly! This is when US sends a big attack as Taliban sets up to protect the cargo that has been overtaken. The Taliban only needs to protect the cargo until the scavengers are able to take all weaponry (15 minute time limit). The US's job is to retake the cargo and get it to US base.

The US is planning a parade to go through the entire map to show the civilians that they're there to create peace. A Taliban spy has been giving reports to the Taliban Army about this parade. Before the Parade has started, Taliban Snipers are setup at checkpoints to provide recon through radio. At certain checkpoints, Taliban soldiers will be setup to ambush this parade and kill off all the US soldiers that are participating. Unfortunately for US, there is a representative that the Taliban is aiming to kidnap. This representative will be located in the middle of the parade line and protected by security. The Taliban's job is to eliminate all the security members and kidnap the representative. The US's job is to defend from the ambushes, and successfully hold the parade and return the representative to US base. (The parade would consist of trusted drivers that will drive trucks, Humvees, and APCs).

The Taliban and US are finally having peace talks after what feels like an everlasting war! The Taliban is invited over to the US HQ to discuss negotiations with the Taliban. Negotiations start out great, but as it goes longer and longer, the Taliban are finding no good result that favors with them. The Taliban and US start getting hostile with each other while trying to negotiate, the Taliban begin to feel threatened and pull out their weapons. This, supposed to be peace talks, have became a hostage situation with US officials at stake. The US need to have negotiations with the Taliban inside the HQ to release these representatives. If the US can't negotiate and calm down the situation, the US representatives will be picked off one by one until there is no situation. If negotiations do not prevail, the Officers must figure out a plan for a breaching the HQ and saving the hostages. If both are deemed a failure, the Taliban are successful but if the US can save the representatives, the US is deemed successful.

+1. Personally, speaking while I have been apart of 055th Towelie has been an exceptional communicator and leader. He has shown to me that he is very dedicated to the server and faction. Some may say there may have been a couple incidents in the past but we all know where I stand when it comes to the past. He has improved his attitude and would be a perfectly capable member of the GM team with some training.

What is most impressive is the amount of detail you put into these events the amount of small things you add here and there from giving the virus a name to the amount of thinking outside of the box you did when it came to event planning made me very satisifed with your application and displayed the kind of dedication you are willing to put into the GM Team. I dont think an application has really made me want to have an important role in the events listed but I enjoy the amount of detail you have here. Very good job.

+1 Towelie is active majority of the time throughout the week and always taking the initiative. Hes really great at keeping communication within his faction and is active outside of the game on the TS and Discord. His dedication to improve the overall experience on the server shouldnt be undermined.

+1 Speaking from my personal experience with Towelie only, I can say that he’s been very easy to befriend and speak with whenever he’s online ever since I came back to the server. Towelie is knowledgeable about the rules, the way things work on the server, and he’s never afraid to ask questions about any confusion or unclear understandings that he has. Towelie also has many ideas, some good, some not, but the good ones always stand out to me and all of his ideas tend to be either really creative and out-of-the-box thinking, or just good and simple ideas which would benefit the server. Towelie has had some run-ins with people before, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing as long as he keeps a respectful behaviour when speaking his mind and expressing his opinion. I’m sure Towelie will be an asset to the GM team and I can’t wait to see the events he comes up with, even though I personally feel like he would be better suited on the staff team.
