Past experiences as staff: Ive never had previous mod experience on any Garrys mod servers, But i have been a mod in many other games (I will list them below, if not valid to the application disregard)

Why should we choose you over other applicants?: Im eager to learn how to mod on Garrys mod and put another mod experience under my belt as well as learn the ins and outs of the game behing the scenes and how garnet is ran. Its also a privilege to help serve the garnet community along side some of the mods ive come to know and respect, It would be an amazing experience to be able to moderate and keep my favorite server at its peak.
Garnet has been my all time favorite and most played DarkRP server. Outside of my personal views in a logistical sense i am almost always readily available if needed whether it be on discord or Garnet as im usually home unless i go out which is at most 2 times a week. The ability to quickly understand and learn all the commands and procedures in the Garnet moderation team. Im also close knit into alot of members of the community and have been seen around, i try to keep a friendly face and not create conflict. Some people on the mod team may know me purely for my advertisements of "DOOM'S BANANA CAGE" But i do not as of right now have a recommendation. Along with being deep into the community and its workings im not sure if ive been seen around but i like to interact with people especially new ones and give them a push in the right direction (Away from breaking the rules first and foremost).  I also have the ability to de escelate especially when it sometimes gets hot in the server between 2 parties, cause sometimes it can create a toxic environment for everyone else on the server not everything needs to warrant hostile action from a mod especially when both parties can come to an agreement or concur.
 Although i would love every interaction to work that way thats not how it is, When it does come to a time where punishment is needed i will be able to carry out a proper and appropriate punishment to whats needed based on the situation and all of its outlets. Not every situation is the same and i have the ability to adapt and see every angle and tiny loophole or slick move or exploitation of the rules and there many variations. And if a mistake is made or an unjust punishment is dealt, i am able to show the ability to see my actions as unjust and take accountability and or my punishment if need be.
Outside of petty disputes when push comes to shove rules are rules and need to be followed with little to no leniency.
When a punishment need to be dealt with fair and just judgement, provided with proper evidence and punishment based on the rules at hand.
And if i truly dont know how to go about it im not afraid to reach out and ask for help from anyone else on the staff team regardless of how stupid or silly the question may seem.
I would much rather look silly or foolish than ruin someones experience on Dark rp/Garnet, I want to keep the server in its high standing not tarnish it.



Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, Include details: The only punishment ever received was on Garnet and is along these lines, I was outside of my iconic banana cage and was but of course messing around with the local populus. And when push comes to shove i was in the wrong. I had shot someone in the back i assumed was my friend because their role was the same as theirs. So i proceeded to turn my back to them after shooting them once in the back with an AK-74. The walked up to me and i saw it was not who i assumed it to be. I was then eventually pulled into a sit for attempted RDM where i admitted to what it was i had done and got a 4 min jail. Since then i havent had a single warn or jail on any server including Garnet and have learned to first identify who i shoot or try and dilly dally with.

Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: I have not had a precious mod application
How much time do you have to contribute to the role?:I have during the summer 6 to 8 hours a day to contribute to looking the server over, But when school time comes around that may cut down to 3 or 4 as i get out around 3:00 PM est and arrive home at 3:45 PM est and do my daily duties

If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Garry's Mod?: I have a decent few, Im very into mechanical engineering, soldering, I create racing and or flight sims, I play guitar, I enjoy ancient and modern history, I do models (I am trying to learn how to paint them), I also do creative writing and am trying to work out kinks in my own book, And last but not least im into large scale RTS and grand strategy games (Im always down for some total war). There are many more small niche things to list but that sums up most of it

I personally have no interaction at all with this person. So based off of the paragraphs themself its alright. I like the formatting and the grammar in this sentences.

 

Edit 1: After observing your gameplay and interactions with others I have to conclude that you're not fit to be staff at this time. I’ve noticed that you've been disrespectful to other players and have antagonized them on several occasions.

Edit 2: While I understand that everyone has rough days or moments of frustration I’ve seen a mix of both positive and negative interactions from you.

Due to this I’m reverting to a neutral stance on your application. Some of your actions come across as immature but I still believe you have potential to be a very good and understanding staff member. Best of luck.

I don't really know much about you but I do have to say your paragraphs are quite lengthy and fills me with some good information about you and why we think we should accept you. An active warn while applying is not great but I'm not really pressed for one warn. And you do meet many of our requirements to join, so while I can't say much for your character (and I am always looking at the posts of those who do know you) I don't think I would personally deny you.
