Why should we choose you over other applicants?: [minimum 2 paragraphs] when I started on this server this was my first time playing Garry's mod and I wanted to join a server with no mods. I ended up falling in love with this server after seeing how it's so different from the others.  But even so I also saw the negative parts of the server like the trolls and people who want to  make as much chaos as possible.   So I applied to help out the gmod server that is different from the rest to keep the same feeling I had for this server for others to see.

The main questions I have been asking myself and others why this server and not a clone of it and I feel like 1 answer really spells it out for the community . This server community is  like no other  because of how connected it is and its welcoming nature. Even when I first joined the server I met a great mod that helped me build my first base and even gave me a perma knife. The other community servers I have seen are so hostile that you can't even say hi without getting cursed out. So I want to strive to protect  the  server that I feel really welcomes others from the chaos that others fail to remove.

I'm looking forward to helping out the mod team as I saw how stressed they were. For example, there was a point where only 1 mod was handling tons of reports. So once I saw that I knew I had to apply to help. I know  there is a lot of people who might have more hours than me but i have the passion for this server not just afk farming printers. The passion to apply to really make change in this community. Thank you for hearing me out i look forward to your response

Firstly id like to say that your time on this server has been appreciated but there is much to fix, you currently have 4 active warns, and the one that brings my most attention is the false reports. Please keep in mind i am not biased ive been observing your time throughout the server.

I agree with ghostly. While you have good intentions, your personality is not conducive to being a staff member. This, coupled with a recent FailRP warn, makes me unable to recommend you join the staff team. I would highly recommend you take some time to improve your knowledge of the server rules, as you have quite a few warns on record.

I personally haven't had many interactions with you, but I have seen you cause issues hence your warnings. As of right now, it is a -1 from me. People can change and if your able to prove you can do better within the server, and stay clean from breaking rules, my answer may change in the future.

I made the decision to be neutral for a few reasons, you have quite a few recent active warns, and I think you need to mature a bit more. I say this because I have seen other players get under your skin. Part of being staff is dealing with players who will try anything they can to show a reaction.
