Over the course of this appeal, I will be presenting new information to light that will surely change the outcome of my ban status. To reiterate my points from my previous appeal, I was caught up with the wrong people and wrong time, I was sort of manipulated into cheating by people who I had considered friends at the time. I made a conscious choice to play with a notorious friend group called P2W at the time, which led me to cheat, and then continue to inflate mine and their egos. While I am still friends with some of the members, I consider myself more distant now, and hope that I can distance myself from this era in the community. Basis of current appeal My first appeal was not surface value. Behind the scenes, I had struck a deal with the managers at the time, Ozzy & Jake to spectate and catch other cheaters on the server, to work towards my own unban. The conditions at the time were to catch high profile cheaters, the higher profile cheaters that I catch, the quicker I can get unbanned. After weeks of spectating, I had caught multiple cheaters, including a very high profile staff member and faction leader. The ban of that player would have unbanned me immediately. Unfortunately and perhaps unluckily for me, I had various IRL factors that could not allow me to continue playing the server at the time, management changes had also played a role in the pause on my unban. My unban was inevitable, but due to factors that could not be controlled, I was kept banned. Further elaborating on my first point, what I am now is largely different from what I was back then. I humbly ask for forgiveness in what I’ve done to the server, the community and staff. I hope that my appeal will be taken into consideration, and that we can look past all the actions that were committed multiple years ago, the stuff that happened before 95% of the current player base had even played on the server. If allowed by the current executive team, I will gladly take a deal similar to one that Blooms had taken, where I would only participate in peacetime and RP scenarios. I will also like to create RP scenarios to further prove that I can help the server, and that I am not a liability towards the server and the community. My absence in wars would help prove the fact that I’m extremely low risk to cheat again, and that it would prove my willingness to help improve the community. I’d like to thank you guys for reading, seriously. I do take all the feedback you guys have given me in previous appeals as it genuinely does help improve me.

+1. I'm going to keep this short. I can confirm I was incredibly close to unbanning Krim, he put it many hours of work but due to unforseen circumstances it was not possible. I regret not unbanning him. In my opinion, the server would lose nothing by unbanning him as the chance of re-offending is so slim but it stands to gain a good quality player who now supposedly wants to engage in RP on the server. I personally believe an unban with conditions would be beneficial for the server, at the end of the day that is what matters. @Ozzy Feel free to weigh in

+1 I won’t quote @Jake’s post but what he said is correct. Krimzin approached me asking if I’d entertain a deal similar to Pencil’s. Obviously I had involvement in his infraction so I told him I’m not comfortable handling that alone, so let’s bring in Jake. What Jake mentioned is true. I believe we both had positive experiences with krimzin and believed that he was no longer a threat but still had to earn his unban. We agreed that a successful case against a high profile member would result in his unban. Unfortunately the content didn’t provide enough to act but it’s impossible to deny that the effort was there. He reached out and was proactive in trying to prove that he wanted what’s best for the server. On top of that, believe me when I say that Jake and I’s terms were quite strict and restricting, even in the event he was unbanned. On a personal note, I know Krim. He and I have known each other for going on 3.5 years. I’ve seen him at his peak, and seen him at his trough. Despite the people around him, he’s never allowed the majority to influence his behavior. He made a mistake, myself included. He’s someone I truly believe would be able to return and contribute to the server. The threat of a repeat offense is incredibly low with him and the possibility of him positively contributing to the server is actually quite high, contrary to this peers.

I'm applying for staff partially to fill in the absence of staff in the early mornings. I believe some Staff should be on at all times to fix issues and make sure the server is running fine, and doesn't explode in the night or morning. I have seen many people complain about how staff aren't on in the early mornings, and usually GMs take the sit if there are any. Since I’m usually on at 7:00 AM EST, I can help take the sits instead of GMs taking them, which isn't part of their job. Also, the 11B/Staff relationship should be better. In my time as a 1LT in GB, I got to know a lot of the GMs and Staff members through interacting with them. When I was in 11B starting out, I was thinking how scary staff was. Through those interactions, I learnt that staff isn't so scary. I think that for 11B, seeing a staff member can be quite scary. Having staff be more friendly with 11B would be good, and I think I could do that well. I know I'm somewhat new to this server since I started in early December. I joined as a minge and slowly turned into a competent officer, and I've seen the server from both the minges prospective and the officers prospective. Also, as some 11A might know, I will not hesitate to go the extra mile and I am more than willing to help out with the small stuff that nobody wants to do. That would include doing tp's and the other tedious things that come with being staff. If so, Include details: Both of my FailRP warn are for self damage. In the first one, I panicked when flanking trying to get to obj, a tail swarm was around the corner and I just shot my rocket. I didn't clip my POV because Medal wasn't running. In the second warn, I shot a rocket point blank at a tali in factory. I have no proper defense for this warn, seeing as my rocket killed me at max health. Another thing that I wanted to touch on in this application and explain in more detail about me is that I have always wanted a staff role somewhere, and the Discord server I was in worked for me because it was on a game that I played heavily, and something that inspired me to wake up and hop in the discord to help out everyday whether it be help people with their game, explain how to do certain things, or just talk to them. I haven't found anything like that since that time around a year/year and a half ago, but I think this server I found in Garnet Gaming creates that same atmosphere for me, and I really think I have matured and gained many ideas since my moderation when I was 14, so I believe that is what makes me a perfect fit for this role within this server, I have the passion, motivation, drive, to get on everyday, work with other staff members, and make sure Garnet Dark RP is safe, and everyone is having as fun as they possibly can. My only issue with you Roberto is when you first joined the server you were a bit of a minge hence the reason you stayed CT for such a long time within the 212th battalion before you switched to 41st. There were many instances that were just again, a bit mingy. You know how to RP especially as a medic but you need to work on your attitude within some RP scenarios. You're heading in the right direction but I feel you aren't ready for a GM position yet. Best of luck. -1

I am wanting to bring some rp events back to this server. I can say that I RP very well and can think of things in a timely manner. I have participated in a ton of events and I am a character in these events frequently. I have noticed that during peacetime some gamemasters are busy with tryouts and that leaves nothing to do for the rest of the people on the server. I am almost never busy and I could host events all of the time, whether it be a FFA arena,l KOTH, and even rp events. I am all the time doing passive rp, I set my bodygroups to look like a civilian and I act like the owner of Hotel Paris. With GM I could take these small passive rp events and improve on them tremendously. I like to keep things real simple when I do events and I think people will enjoy that. I was banned for 10 minutes by Proggy for “take a break”. I got this ban because i reported the LSAC bot which was a very stupid thing for me to do. How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: Everyday after I finish my schoolwork. In your own words, what are the responsibilities of a Gamemaster?: A GM is supposed to keep players entertained during peacetime and host big-small scale events for them whether it be a FFA Arena, or a huge server wide event. Also a GM should provide RP events to give players a break from PVP. Describe how you would contribute to RP as a part of the Gamemaster team: I would host small scale events such as a patrol for 11B/Tali, assassinations, and more. I could also do large scale events that take up a whole peacetime that involve event characters and participation from both sides. I would also set up missions for both sides to do. Please list and explain 3 unique event ideas designed for only your side to take part in: The Rebellion A group of Afghani citizens are attempting to overthrow the Taliban and rid Afghanistan of them forever. They are armed with very bad weapons but are powerful in numbers (i would use both players and npcs for this event). The Taliban sent a group of 4 to go check on the civilians to check for any funny business but they get attacked. I love free range rp events so if those 4 taliban don’t survive then the event is over, if they survive then they go and warn all of the taliban. The Taliban and the rebellion go to war. Patrol Unit So for this event I will set up NPCs at multiple buildings. The Taliban must go clear each of the locations out but they must RP as a patrol unit. That means there should be proper breach and clear techniques and they must be 1 unit and not stray away from each other. This is kind of a serious RP event and I believe some people will enjoy it. The Bomb Since I am in both AFSOC and TSFU I want to have an event for the US also. So the taliban have an active bomb located in abandoned airfield. The US must get there and defuse it before it goes off (the timer will be 10 minutes). There will be NPCs set up there and they must take them all out and defuse the bomb in that 10 minutes. Please list and explain 1 unique global event idea designed for the entire server to take part in: Capture The Flag This event will be short and simple. There are 2 flags on each side of the factory. The Taliban and US will have a classic game of capture the flag. Whenever a side takes a flag back to their flag they will score a point. If someone is holding a flag and they die then the flag will be brought back to the original position.

This line right here stands out to me heavy, staff should not sit over the community to be seen as "higher" than everyone else, but should be integrated in with our community teaching, and helping them grow as players.

You didn't get warned for the tali DB kill and honestly I think it'd be impossible to kill someone in DB from a shot outside Soccer field, you'd have to go through the massive wall, Spawn wall, and then DB wall. The reason you got warned was because you killed someone in soccer field this rule was put in place quite a bit back where soccer field is considered base camp, this is your own fault and your own negligence for the rules. I really don't like this. I'm going to give you a +1 however I suggest taking responsibility for your warn and knowing the rules next time.

This is, by far, my most favorite appeal.

I miss the old gun system where it was decent to use any gun and running with snipers wasn't slower, etc. I know that's not realistic but that's how we started on the server so that's why I at least miss it.
