Suggestion - Deliveryman Tweaks

Description: Reduce Deliveryman Level Requirement to 1 | Add more delivery locations

Reasoning: With deliveryman being the most effective non-printer way for new players to gain XP, this change would help to engage users more quickly into the scheme of gathering XP and gaining access to other classes. Adding more locations would allow players to have a little more variety to the route so that it doesn't become repetitive.

I always found it kinda strange that I'd sometimes have to get new players to collect from a low tier that I dropped so that they could level up and do Deliveryman. Deliveryman should definitely be level 1 so new players can get moving ASAP.
