Past experiences as staff: I got to senior moderator in 2021 and fell down with activity due to work problems, and in 2022 I got up to senior mod again. Both times I was gamemaster.
Why should we choose you over other applicants?:

 

As a young adult, I myself hold a higher mental acuity and maturity and can handle situations properly. As a longstanding player of the community, I have much time on my belt and have spent much time readjusting myself to the community after my much hated exiled from Garnet. With Garnet's DarkRP being the only DarkRP or really even Garry's mod server I ever play on, I hold this server very dear. There's something special about the community that has grown and thrived here for years upon end that makes me enticed to rejoice once more in the community.

 

Over the time I have spent here, I have made several friends and companions and have come to re-immerse myself in the joy that is Garnet Gaming DarkRP. With that, I find a renewed interest in serving the community justice and protecting it from bad actors. With that, my resolve is grand and I wish to use that to the best of my ability. In returning, I hope to eventually forget the sour ending of my leave in 2022, and with a hearty attitude come straightforward and be the best staff I could ever be.

 

Also, over the time I've been here I've learned from my mistakes. I've learned not to make fun of other people and not to let petty squabbles get the best of your judgement. I've also learned to keep your friends close, and your enemies closer. What I mean by that is that even if you have somebody that you don't like or they don't like you, you should always try to stay on close terms with them and at least try to make the best out of a bad situation. As for readdressing my key qualities of being a staff member, I would be able to be on early in the morning for US timezones and handle early morning mingery.

 

Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, Include details: Two of my bans were mistake bans and two really old bans were toxicity and unintentional mass rdm. I was also banned permanently by proggy in 2022 for sending his face to him and saying he looked like a discord moderator over an incident that caused me to resign from staff being upset with proggy. I can elaborate more, but I successfully appealed my ban on March 21st, 2024.

You’re a cool dude man. Would be great to see you on the staff team again, however I do want to point out a few things in your app that I think you need to work on, 

starting out with the first question “Why should we choose you over other applicants?” In your 2 paragraphs I would’ve liked to see you answer this question. You could definitely keep all of the things you said about how your enjoyment and experiences on the server after getting unbanned wanted to make you apply and help out again I think that’s dope, just try to go more in depth about what you can offer to the staff team and answering the question of WHY they should choose you. (Bullet points help a lot here)
 

the other thing I wanted to point out was your bans, I’m no stranger to bans either but I think on a staff app if you have bans, you should try to elaborate on how you’ve grown to learn from your past bans. 

 

anyway that’s just my advice to ya, if ya give a fuck haha I don’t usually respond to things on forums but I thought I could give a few tips on applications maybe other people will check it out too. good luck man

Unfortunately I'm going to have to change my vote to a -1 because of your response to Gunner. Being toxic back to other players changes nothing and just perpetuates the situation. It also concerns me since as a member of staff, there is no room for you to act that way.

Alright so I was waiting to give my response until he fixed the issues in his app that other commenters said earlier up. With that. I have not had any bad interactions with you and you seem to be really active in the game and your intentions are pure. I think that with your past experience and your ability to be on at earlier times would benefit this team greatly. While you have been banned before it was in the past so I think we can keep it there, move on, and learn from our mistakes and to not do them again. Give this guy a chance you have my

i don’t doubt your staffing abilities, but from what i seen on the forums when people are harassing or toxic to you leaves me concerned.  Your getting powers and abilities and im simply concerned if someone pushes you too far that your gonna use them in a abusive way. 
 

i would like to know how you intend on controlling yourself, steps you will/have taken to not let people push you that far.

-1 I strongly agree with @IAreGunner, although you possess prior experience in DarkRP staffing I've seen your emotions get the best of you in-game which scares me because you are taking on a great responsibility when becoming staff. I've also seen you on the forums acting immature and dissing people two things that go against the staff rules and guidelines. If you get accepted into the staff team, I hope you can prove me wrong. I wish you good luck on your journey to becoming staff.

Firstly, harassment and toxicity is against guidelines on all spectrums. Secondly, I wouldn't take it into my own hands as I can't take my own sit. I would report toxicity, or harassment and have another staff member handle it. Damn, I didn't know I couldn't be upset about something that goes against community guidelines.

this is gonna have to stop if ur gonna be staff member, if someone is being toxic to you in a sit, you mute and warn for diss in a sit, you don’t “return the favor” or treat them how they’re treating you” 

 

if someone is constantly harassing you , dont go back at them and report it to a admin + who can handle the harassment reports.

theres a difference between being a regular user and a staff member. if you cant handle your emotions and its gonna spill out in ooc, its a bad look as a staff member.
