Mayor Law: It is unlawful to place hazards on the street

Description:  Clown job is dope. Honking is dope. Making people slip on bananas is dope. But the clown job has no natural predators, like an invasive species. I suggest adding a law for the Mayor to toggle to allow cops to arrest clowns placing bananas down in public, similar to the law prohibiting boot throwing for hobos. The cop would have to have a clip of the clown placing a banana down in public.

Reasoning: [how would this benefit our server?] It adds a natural counter to the clown job, which currently has no way to counter. These clowns out here catching bodies.

I was thinking of this exact thing earlier when playing as a cop. I had no way of stopping clowns from placing peels in the doorway of pd. There definitely should be a law made for this. +1

Good news, this was already planned!

In a future update, the Police Radio SWEP will be used for reporting "littering" applying to both Clowns throwing banana peels in the streets, as well as Hobo throwing their boots
